I love doing art, but every time I create something, people say it is useless because everyone wants sketchers to work for free. This is the reason I left my art behind. After my BA, I got stuck in a toxic relationship arranged by my parents. All of a sudden, my fiancé's mother broke the engagement because she wanted a dowry, and we don't have a lot of money. This broke me. I experienced anxiety attacks, wept alone, and acted happy in front of my family. Then I decided to continue my studies and took admission in BS English because i want to learn english and English is very important in this era. In my opinion the downside of our education system is all about grades, which really sucks for students who like to think outside the box. Here's what's wrong:
1. Grades are everything, which means students feel super stressed and can't really grow creatively or personally.
2. The system doesn't care about what students are really into or what they want to do, making everyone chase the same old jobs like engineering or medicine.
3. Subjects like languages are seen as just another thing to learn, not as useful skills, and there aren't enough practical stuff like how to think logically or code.
Here's what we could do better:
- Let's mix things up and support students' interests along with their schoolwork.
- Add more stuff that's actually useful and interesting.
- Make school less stressful by making the workload lighter and giving students more time to grow as people.
- Get students excited about learning, because that's what really makes them want to dig deep and come up with new ideas.
In short, education should be all about helping students grow in every way, supporting their unique talents and goals instead of just worrying about their grades.❤

You know in this placement season in IIT Roorkee, a Singaporean company came and conducted all the exams and interview and didn't select any candidate, In return they called the TnP Cell's head, College's Dean, and director they sat them down in a room in a said on their face that, "You people don't encourage your students for some research in specific field, you only want them to work from 9-5 like a machine, the colleges in India is like a factory, and from now on we will not recommend any Singaporean company to come to India for placement in any of the IITs, and after that they went.
My Review - If you wonder that Microsoft and Google comes to these colleges then why would you care for some foreign company, then the scene is that the Microsoft and Google who come for placement has their Indian headquarters in India only, and they know how to Indian people work (Like a machine from 9-5 sat in front of computer and writing some random codes), So they don't give a shit about the Indian people in their company.
This impactful video will help me greatly in escaping this situation.
