Grass! See my Results After 3 Weeks!

3 weeks ago, I completely reworked my small yard because I had no grass whatsoever! This video will show the results after just 3 weeks. Take a look at the previous videos where I box bladed, aerated, spread Kentucky 31, fertilizer and Ironite to bring up the pH. your grass looks really good considering the time of the year grass doesn't like to grow too good in the cold weather.. next spring you'll probably need to add ammonia sulfate, grass loves this stuff.

Thanks! It’s coming in nicely. I will do another soil test in the spring. I’m sure aluminum sulfate will be added.

Thank you! We are so excited about building on the property. The house will be right around 2800 SF. It’s only 2 of us so that will be plenty of space.

@@MakeitHappen1 don't forget to build a garage for that new kioti tractor. in 2003 we built a new home with a four car garage we had the garage filled up in the first 6 months

@@madtater5948 Exactly! We were out there yesterday looking at potential locations. I’m also a woodworker so I need a shop with several bays to house everything. It’s high on the list.
