When I released my album NOPE a year ago, I didn't stop writing songs. I composed these three songs from Winter Tales in June 2020. I had every idea, from lyric videos to how the songs should sound like, already in my mind. It was the time when Luca and I were getting ready for our move to Canada.
In summer of 2020 we still believed that we are going to move in December, but it is already January 2021 and we are stuck in Germany due to the pandemic. However, I imagined in my mind how the cold season in Canada would be like. I thought of mountains and winter snow and calm and making a clean cut. I saw it as an ending but also as a beginning.
So, I hope you enjoy my EP. There are three songs:
Silent Writer, Up The Mountain and Simple Man.
This time, I additionally produced AND mixed my songs by myself. It is the first time that I have done EVERYTHING alone. I celebrate a little. Please, be kind. :) Take care!

I love the mountains. The air is fresh and clean as are the running streams. The people are nice and will give you the time of day. The pace or life is slower, so you can take your time and live out your dreams.
