7 steps to dealing with difficult clients
✅ Stay calm (or rant in private).
    ✅ Listen to their concerns.
    ✅ Deliver a prompt reply.
✅ Figure out what the hell happened.
    ✅ Offer a solution.
    ✅ Cut your losses.
    ✅ Review and learn.

I have to really check myself in the situation . It's so hard to finally say I deserve better then the way this person is treating me.

Great insights, Latasha. Happy I am working with dream clients for the last year. I used to have some unpleasant experience before, but it's a normal thing in our business. 🙂

This was great! What is your process with asana when you have a new client? Like how do you break down how you would handle someone’s social media account.

It's simple: whenever we have a new client in our bucket, we need to learn from the client what they want & how they want. bcz it's a most important thing to learn about client & client's work.
One we understand their need, not it's time to work and create everything around that like: strategy, content calendar , content sheet & etc.
That's how i work as a social media marketer for my client. beyond these there are much more things to do also.
