I need 1 more client to become fully booked (for now at least), so this comes in handy!
Oh niching down is one of the most important part of being successful with social media managing. However for people that are starting out I usually recommend to try 2-5 niches and see what they enjoy the most. Thanks so much for sharing Latasha
Totally agree! Most people have to dabble a bit before deciding
I love the structure of the video. Thank you for segmenting them into topics and giving them separate headings. This makes it easier to refer back to what you said.
I feel like your content is underrated. You are honestly amazing! You offer so much value and explain things really well. Thank you so much!
I love this ✨
This was really insightful, great video Latasha!
Your content is always so valuable thank you for sharing!
I feel like we're all working towards being booked out and busy haha!
I Love your organized office!!
I love the new office look !
Thank u so much for sharing Latasha. 🌟 Greetings from Peru.
Found this insightful and has me rethinking some things!
Thanks for these great and actionable tips, Latasha :) I think I need to get louder and have a more conversational way of "selling" :) Love your videos
honestly you are one of the most inspiring women on youtube! I absolutely LOVE your content. thanks for sharing!
Aww thank you, Jana!
Love, love, love!!
Great tips, Latasha. These advices will really help anyone to be fully booked! 😉 Auditing your sales experience is really important, glad you raised this up.
SO VALUABLE!
I've played this back three times just so I can take notes. I'm a graphic and web designer, and these tips are SUPER useful! Thank you for the high-quality content you provide. I have a question about charging more though. Would you advise having fixed prices for specific project types and publicly displaying those prices?
Thanks, Ashley - so glad it was helpful! Yes to fixed prices/packages. I've found most success in putting ranges on my site (i.e. 'starts at $500' etc)
I am starting from scratch and just discovering this video today. So helpful and the tip on raising prices is important. I started at $20 an hour but I realized the work was more $45 than anything else. And guess what. Clients do pay for the additional value. Thank you.
INLOVE WITH THIS NEW SETUP! 😍
Yay! Thank you, Shiela!
@@thelatashajames I'm a big fan of what you do! Thank you so much for helping small social media managers like me. You've brought so much clarity to my business. More power to you! 🥰
Question for Latasha or fellow SMMs . When talking about USPs. Can a unique selling point be really effective project management skills? I found in my personal experience people really loved either my copywriting skills or how I’m able to take them from vision to execution which ultimately leads to more bookings/website visits
I need two to be booked out
New sub here and I like your videos, also an entrepreneur myself 👍🏻

Wow! I was getting really confused about marketing to your niche versus marketing to your peers. Thank you for the clarification ☺!
