If you find reliable tenants, considering renting. I have a sister who fips houses. She rents her houses. I had a rental property at one time too, but now I am hoping to find a small house to purchase in a few years.

We did ponder renting.. not 100% sure what we're going to do. Fingers crossed you'll get another rental home again. They are so many in small towns like this that are available.
