@@mortezasaeed9663 Yes, if the disk drive is not formatted correctly, it will do this. Make sure the drive is formatted in the correct format.

Hello, what type of USB do I need? What's happening is that it doesn't recognize one I have?
You can use a lower capacity USB Thumb Drive and format it as FAT32.
