Whoaa, what was that bump during take off? 9:45 :O . Poor kidlet, I understand exactly how it feels, planes are a challenge for them.. My mom always had us chew gum during take off/ landing.
I think that might just be the pressure on the landing gear being released as the weight of the aircraft is transferred off the ground

Its actually to make sure that the hydrolics work and there are not any issues
