Pregnancy brain probably. Don't fret, it is just 1 teabag per 1-8oz cup of boiling water. Maybe, try a cup first to see if you like it. Also you can infuse with fresh fruit, or freeze fresh fruit in your ice cubes. Enjoy!😊❤

How I learned to make tea. Boil a pot of water, once it starts to boil put in your tea bag and let it cool. You can then put the tea in the fridge
