The installation shown here achieved that, so any air will gather in the radiator just the same as if it was tubes down. The only potentially bad configuration is if the pump is the highest part of the loop.

The problem is ONLY if the pump is the highest point in the loop, allowing air to gather there (and the resulting cavitation). If any part of the radiator is higher, such as tubes up with the radiator at the top of the front panel, it's perfectly ok. Air will always find its way to the highest point and collect there.
I use a Mugen 5 + XPG Vento Pro with my 5700x, but Im tempted to enter the WC world and the TUF Gaming LC, ML240L V2, ML240 Mirror, DeepCool LE500 and Cougar Poseidon GT 240 are basically at the same price, would the TUF be a good choice between them? I like Asus stuff, and the long warranty it's really nice

glad we could help! I recommend doing a little visual diagram where cabling would go before you install it then match it that way. depending on your case you may want to route cables around other components.

for accurate benchmarks we found one common denominator to ensure consistency. overwise you could have a fan that sounds like a jet engine and cools down like crazy but it would not be exactly nice to sit next to. hope it makes sense.

bro, I have a 12900k with a galahad 360 and never see 100 degrees. it doesn't go higher than 78cpu and 89package. Edit: to be fair, I have an ASUS mb with AI overclocking and AI fan control. So it keeps it at those temps by adjusting freq/voltage.
I have the same aio and mine doesn’t run that high either. I have mine set for the same ai settings. 3080 Ti, 12900k doesn’t need overclocking it’s pointless cuz it’s already pretty much as fast as you can get it out of the box 🤙🏻

not exactly, as long as pump is below the top of the radiator it is ok, the air will be trapped at the top of the radiator rather than pump.

The other option Is the Arctic liquid freezer 2 or the deepcool Castle, but i don't like them really much
from the more budget perspective tuf has better value. I am not sure about the other two coolers - not had a chance to test them out yet.
For gaming asus Tuf aio is more than enough but if you are doing heavy editing then go for asus 360
