These second hand drivers are PROOF expensive golf clubs DON'T MATTER!I bought this INCREDIBLE CHEAP DRIVER!? bought the BEST VALUE driver ever! There are a lot of second hand drivers out there on the marek including taylormade drivers, cobra driver, callaway driver, ping driver... but i bought these drivers that for me are even better than buying new.
Could these second hand golf clubs and second hand drivers be the best driver of 2024, the option for drivers for golfers, the best forgiving golf clubs of 2024... but sometimes you have to look for a good random pro shop bargain or on the internet, whether that be on facebook market place, amazon, ebay. In this video I bought a new driver... not just any driver, but a bargain of a driver that can't be missed.

I play the Wilson Dynapower. Love it! So underrated.
I've been playing golf for 30 years and have played a number of 3 and 5 woods. The latest was Ping G425. After playing them for around 6 months for some reason I decided to play my 2009 Taylor Made Burner 3 and 5 for a couple of rounds. To my surprise I found them longer and straighter and easier to hit. I'm 71 and a 5 handicap and I think I'll be playing them for the rest of my life and spending the money I save not buying new clubs on green fees.
Seen a lot of people talk poorly about the Aerojet and actually ditched them to go back for the LTDx, so could get a more preferable driver and save even more money!
Alex love this vlog, been playing the Cobra F9 5 wood average carry for me 230-240 , ditching my Cobra Forged tech 3 iron adjustable driving iron and purchased the Cobra F9 7 wood £115 practically new can’t believe it . Now thinking of ditching my Titleist driver and buying a Cobra F9 or Aerojet driver………. My point being like your vlog , all my irons, wedges, fairway woods , putter and driver all secondhand built to my own spec with shafts that suit my game. Speaking to other golfers a lot tend to do the same, golf can be expensive or inexpensive as you see fit………..
Picked up a Ping 400 Max head alone for £120 off eBay and bought a new red rombaux stiff shaft for £70. £190,best driver I’ve ever had in 40 years of playing. Still not cheap but I’ll use this for the rest of my playing days probably. Putt for dough drive for show,is all well and good but you have to get it out there!!
Bought a g400 off Facebook a few months ago ended up paying 130 down from 170 and it’s such an upgrade in such good condition for money too would recommend to anyone

I bought a srixon ZX5 mk2 for 190 dollars on Calloway used in good condition and it was almost perfect.. I absolutely love it and it hits straight anywhere on the face

Great video and sometimes it pays to buy second hand all depends on shaft though.
I bought a Taylormade M2 2016 driver, best driver I have ever had and at only£150.00. Happy days

Longest driver I have is a TM SLDR 430 TP from Japan. 15 yds longer than my M2 with same shaft and each in their longest setting. I thought the M2 was long.
Got the SLDR after watching a an Ian Frasier, Club Champion video where Ian compares his Stealth to the SLDR 430.
Lol yeah but that driver is like playing Russian roulette. I played the 460 head up until 2016 M2, and it was super unforgiving. I still have it because to this day, it's the longest driver I have ever played. It's a low spin monster that hits nothing but knuckle balls regardless of your angle of attack. It's a great driver if you middle it consistently, but you will hit it off the planet on any kind of miss hit.
@@LTR1420 try the 430 head. For some reason it is more forgiving. I also have the 460 and spray it. The 430 TP looks cool, its not as forgiving as a newer Ping, but it is way more forgiving and longer than my SLDR 460.

If you hit out of the middle everytime the old drivers are just as good as the new - it's the misses that matter, and that's where the newer tech stands out
Cleveland XL or Wilson. You pay a premium used for Taylormade, Callaway or Ping, but you may see some of that back when you sell them later on.

Correct I bought a brand new Cleveland XL adjustable driver with a senior flex cypher 50 shaft brand new from Golfclubs4csash for £129.95 delivered
I'm almost 70 still single digits handicap used it 3 times this week, it's very long, at least 15 yard's longer than my Ping G30 and extremely forgiving
And the crazy bit, actually cost me just £15 net, because the Ping just made £115.33 on good old eBay
Cobra LTDX LS is a forgiving and low spinning driver.

Mizuno STZ 220. One of the best, most forgiving drivers that nobody plays and is cheap AF online.

Sure is. I just caddied for a man at LIV who blasts 10000k every event to play the Pro-am then flies home on a private jet. Fattest tip i’ve ever received, but as a billionaire that was just pennies to him. Even Greg Norman followed our round and was kissing his ass the entire way! That’s the life
The manufacturer s have rules they have 2 fallow they can’t break the rules the drivers have been max out for years now the new tec is a fraud they have make it up because you can’t sell the same driver every year
