I wish I hadn’t held my emotions for nearly 6-7 years now. It’s so difficult to cry. I’ve lost 7-8 people this year. My cat I loved more than anything was put down a week before my birthday last October. Everything I’m going through. It hurts so much.. I wish I didn’t have such difficulty crying. The entire time this year after losing my cat. Only once this year I cried. And I cried for 4-7 hours after I lost my cat. I loved this cover so much. I hate anxiety and depression and my depression is getting worse and worse. I’ve had depression my entire life and I have been su*cidal. I’ve already been to a mental hospital and I do not wish to seek help via the hotline. I want literally any other way…… But god the pain is immeasurable..

Sasykin S Well first of all id like to say sorry i didnt realized it could of been offensive. Traumatic experience that were probably triggered by other persons, at the moment where those traumatic experience happenned you were probably feeling a lot of strong negative emotions towards those persons or the situation and now youre probably close to everyone by fear of those emotions coming back if something gets wrong. Close to yourself too cause you dont want to feel that pain , dont want to feel weak inside. Well im here to tell you love is way stronger than fear and now you might be scared but forgive yourself and others and be grateful of this beautiful life , love yourself , love others , love music. Always the same fight Love Vs fear. We all feel emotions its how we act appon them that defines who we are.
