Beautiful arrangement and interpretation, I enjoyed it very much. It is wonderful to hear some of the less known Bach to be performed on the guitar, thank you!
Sembra che nelle tue mani la chitarra non abbia limiti. Io ho definito questo brano il canto delle galassie che vorticano nell'universo, la sua bellezza ti lascia senza respiro.
soo beautiful.. I got to listen this by chance, and was thinking it would be a bit bare with the guitar, instead from the very first bars you play with such perfect pace and phrasing, that I couldn't help listening to the whole piece, and then again, more and more. not even a single note gets lost, every moment, trill, resolution is given due importance. this is, playing Music. thank you.
No doubt you are a master Matheus, your tempo, musicality is FANTASTIC and also an inspiration I’m totally seduce by my guitars (my harem) don’t have a day without it, and to find this, is just great Thank you for sharing beauty and substance
It looks so effortless. Must say that your ability to add so much feeling in your interpretation is brilliant! Really good muscionship is going on here! Very very beautiful! Thanks for nearly six minutes of pure pleasure! Regards! //Tobias
Beautiful piece, beautifully played thank you Matthew. Am intrigued with your new upright position with the guitar. I imagine there must be some form of support on the back of the instrument to keep it stable. Do tell please.
I use Ben's arrangement mostly, without capo and thinner chord voicings at times. beumingguitar.com/product/johann-sebastian-bach-adagio-andante-sonata-4-for-organ-bwv-528-free/
You are one of the great poets of the guitar, Matthew. Thank you for evoking such deep feelings through your playing. If you haven't heard it, try Vikingur Olafsson's piano performance on RUclips. Guitar is my first love but I love piano as well.
Thank you Matthew. Brilliant! You make us wonder how you supported your guitar so effortlessly, without guitar support or anything - making heavenly music... Could you teach us that? 👌🏻
Where was the microphone placed? I don't hear much reverb, but no mic near the instrument is evident in the video. Was the audio recorded separately in a studio? Anyway, the arrangement and playing are superb. I love the voicing, phrasing and consistent legato playing.
Delighted you heard this, Ben! This was a very interesting video to make with Nico! I opted for no capo, took out quite a few bass notes, reduced ornamentation, and took out some sustaining voices in the middle section. What a wonderful job you did with this transcription 👏
Awesome!!! A beauty in every way. Thank you for this beautiful interpretation. I would like to buy the transcription that you have done for guitar. Would it be possible?
Superb. It's Bach - what more is there to say!
Indeed!
Amazing! It's not easy to play bwv528 with guitar. I'm really enjoy it and wish I could play it someday
Thank you!
A master in guitar! Bach would hear this playing attentively and have a smile on his face.
Thank you! 🎶
One of Bach's beautiful movements from his formidable Six-Packs, the Trio Sonatas...lovely arrangement and execution! Kudos..
Thank you Harry!
this piece is one of those pieces that sound so easy, but is extremely difficult. I really love the inner voices and contrapuntal lines 😔
Great piece, like you say, not easy!
Did you wake up in heaven sitting on a chair with a guitar?
Ha! Looks like it. 👍
Agree this is heavenly, but are you sitting on a small table
One of Bach's Six-Packs...finest of the Trio Sonatas for Organ! Great playing and lovely transcription.
Many thanks Harry!
This is a piece not often heard on guitar, in fact if ever. I can't recall hearing it before. Well done Sir. Highly enjoyable.
Many thanks Peter!
That touched my soul
I am glad to gear that. 😊

Is absolutely wonderful
You are putting a wonderful voice on Bach

Fantastic! Really beautiful 👏👏👏👏Shame that someone stole your footstool 😂
Ha ha! It was stolen a long time ago!!

Thank you Matthew. Very well performance. I am curious about the adaptions you made in my transcription.

Thank you for a fine transcription, Mr Beuming, just one of the many that you have made.
I've only been listening to the piano version, but it's really different to hear the guitar.
Hope you are enjoying.
Matthew: I won't lie....I expected NO LESS. :)
Bravo. :) Antoine
Thanks Antoine!
@@galleryofguitar I saw your new film. How long are you in Michigan ? Remember....there are a LOT of
lakes in Michigan....enjoy them. :) Antoine
Incantevole
È disponibile la trascrizione?
Awesome piece and transcription, had a google of Ben Beaumont with no luck can you provide a link to the score?
search for beuming imslp organ sonata no 4
Exactly as the previous reply mentions, I don't use the capo and remove quite a few notes towards the end.
I love this transcription and your playing of this piece! Do you happen to have the transcription anywhere to download/purchase?
Awesome!!! A beauty in every way. Thank you for this beautiful interpretation. I would like to buy the transcription that you have done for guitar. Would it be possible?
Where can we accidente this transcripción? 🎉👏👏
Beautiful. Thank you, Matthew. Rather moving to hear the pure lines without the ornamentation that organists would normally add.
Yes, a simple approach, some of the organ ornamentation just doesn't translate well to guitar.
Great Piece, great photography . But how was it Mic'd to capture the awesome sound?
A magician never reveals his tricks! 👋
👏🏻
👍
You are making love to the guitar FANTASTIC
🎶👍
camera operator on his way to inner ear mentioned last sec its a music video.
😆👍
Very nice playing and arrangement but the penultimate bass note E in b. 30 surely needs to be raised an octave!
And you don't need BigHands or Long Fingers to play with a guitar ;+>
True!
Everything appearing out of nothing. If I were to choose music to bring the world into being, it would be Bach.
Absolutely!
I think Bach would have loved this.
I hope so!
