Broken Bones - theJunieBird - VEDA day THREE

The stories of my many broken bones and how they came to be. Because I am a clumsy bean and I don't even care that much.

TheJunieBird comes from an old nickname I had as a camp counselor for a minute. It's also a slight nod to my sister and I's nickname for each other, Jojo. On my channel I vlog about failing at adulthood (#adulting) and whatever else is on my mind. Topics such as television (I majored in TV in school) and media come up alongside things like my ideas on faith and sexuality. Sometimes I sing cover songs or do spoken word poetry. It's really a bit of a mixed bag around here.
My goal on my channel is to start discussions and be a part of a community of small RUclipsrs. I'm involved with #FemTube and love interacting with other small RUclipsrs on Twitter and in the comments.

Yes! This video wound up really long, so I had to cut the bit where the worst part about breaking my wrist in 7th grade was the possibility of missing a school overnight trip. I went anyway and talked them into letting me play all the games and doing the big swing. I don't know how they let me do any of it without even having my arm in a hard cast.

Oh oh oh I also have a story about my knee and my face! I was three years old, my family had moved to the US for only a couple weeks and my mom's English was still really bad, I fell backwards in a chair, and my knee hit my chin really hard. My chin lost. Got like ~15 stitches, and to this day I have a violent reaction to anyone touching my chin :D
