Love this workout! I find it helpful having videos that target different areas. I’d love one that targets the waist and hips - to know I can actively do something to get my waist back post partum would be amazing!
I'm going to try these exercises for a few weeks and see if it makes any difference. This was day 1. I was in the process of losing weight postpartum and now I'm pregnant again, so I'm trying to at least tone up other parts of my body during my pregnancy so I really only need to focus on losing my belly postpartum and just maintaining everything else.
I've got skinny "bingo wings," so I'm going to make this a regular part of my workout routine. It was challenging for me, but looking forward to seeing results 🤩

Did two rounds with baby in a carrier and modified the mat work to walk push ups and it was great!

It would be cool if you can come up with stability ball workouts or sitting down weight training for those of us that suffer from prolapse also
