- When Unitronic started to dial in the TTE855 with the original actuator from The Turbo Engineers, they quickly discovered they needed more fuel than my 980cc Bosch port injectors were able to provide. I headed over to Reiter Performance so Kyle could install these ID1300-XDS port injectors and be one step closer to having a properly sorted tune! Next step is to get it on the dyno and start to dial it in with the help and expertise of Unitronic!

quick question about the built motor file. my car is currently in the shop getting forged pistons,rods,valve springs, valves and arp headstuds is that enough hardware to run the built motor file without anything going wrong?
You'll actually have more done to your motor than I do. I don't have any head work done. I have the rods, rod bearings, pistons, and head studs. My valves and valve springs are OEM.

Hey Adam, so are these only needed on engines with a Turbo upgrade? And are these different from the MPI injector upgrade?
As mentioned in the video, these are needed for the TTE855 found here: www.getunitronic.com/parts/Fueling/daza-id1300x-injector-kit They are a different injector compared to the standard MPI upgrade that people use which are these: www.getunitronic.com/parts/Fueling/mpi-upgrade-kit-for-25tfsi-evo

Great video as usual - I bought a new-to-me RS3 a couple of months ago and your channel has been my main source of reliable tuning info.
Is your motor build the same as it was when you were running the TTE700 E85 built motor file? If I recall correctly, in your review video you had pistons, rods, rod bearings, and head studs (Stage 1 Iroz build). Thanks!
Thanks for putting in the work and researching before you commented! That's amazing! Yes, my motor is the exact same as it was back then with the exact same parts. I have roughly 42,000km on this built motor now.
I got some news from Uni about these injectors, but it wasn't clear what the lowest power application they were suggested for. Can these be used as low as Stage 2 E85? Or are these strictly needed for stage 3 built motor applications? Looking forward to seeing your first 8 sec pass!
These injectors are only meant for applications of the TTE855 or greater in power. Anything below are the 980's that I mentioned in the video.

So we didn't forget to put oil back in. We did an oil change at the same time as I mentioned in the video.

I've barely driven the car and haven't thrown any boost at it yet
Yes it will have as uni wont publically admit that the rattle patch is fine
