btw guys SECURITY IS GENUINELY A GOLDEN JOB. You may need a licence that costs x amount but its so worth it. You can sit there, work on your business for hours without interruptions from family and instead interruptions from other things but you get paid whilst working on your business
Some of them are like that. I just got out of a security job, and they were super strict. However, for the ones where you can still have your phone and work on stuff, it really is a golden opportunity.

Know you'll get the job you really want through a university degree or, 2. Generally excel academically and have a clear strength for university, Then you should try to capture both. Something online, as well as your university endeavours.

I completely agree with the whole saving money narrative being pushed out a lot, especially from most families these days. Yes, you save some money, but what's more important is buying your time so that you can focus on what really matters most like learning a high-income skill, having meaningful connections, traveling etc. Being completely frugal isn't going to cut it, you can always make more money, but what you can't get back is time

I'm 30 this year, and honestly also wanted to do this soooo much earlier, but for some reason never did, not sure why it took me so long to get over the fear of sharing myself on the internet, maybe it was because I got bullied as a kid, maybe because my mum had an abusive boyfriend as a child who the fuck knows. I started on IG never thought I'd have 3 000 followers (which probably isnt that big for most, but for me it's something, and it just goes to show that the fear I felt before was so stupid)

I think a year from now the RUclips audience is going to transition more towards education, especially since people are losing faith in the institutions. There will be a fucking huge market for quality online education that is free. This can be in life skills, everyday information, or even more advanced topics
I started this year in january posting youtube videos in german and after the first month I now grew to 80 subs. Most subs came through shorts, just make 3-4 shorts for every topic of long form you make and post it so your channel gets attention, people subscribe and then watch the longform. I will keep with this strategy and hope to hit 1k at least in the end of the year.
As you can see, I have 30,000 subscribers. Barely ever made ANY money from youtube. I made the mistake of doing a gaming channel & quickly ran out of ideas because I quickly lost interest in gaming. I'm genuinely curious why Hamza thinks every youtuber who uploads weekly is going to 'make it'. Looking around youtube you can see tons of channels who upload consistently for months or years. and get nowhere. I'd like to see him address survivorship bias.
Becoming famous on YT is like going to the NBA. Few ever make it. The problem is young people want money AND clout. Social media influence is the quickest path there.

I disagree with Hamza on the saving money aspect. You may not always be able to increase your income instantly but you are always able to decrease your spending. The extra the money you attain must be used to increase your income by learning new skills. So if you have a xbox pass, drinking on weekends habit, or high credit card debt then get rid of them and save up the money. This can be used to buy good quality food, signing up for public speaking or tools that will help you grow as a person. Please save your money and use it for self improvement
