"This is basically brain surgery without cutting you open". Proceeds to shakily freehand laser positions without looking at the patient.
Bea Angelica Andersson I agree but soon I am having brain surgery on my bone by my eye nerves and they can not shrink the bone can they?? I know, No. So they can not fix every thing and they are just getting people with unfixable pains dreams up.
It is a good thing that it was not actually brain surgery. Haha.
Lol it looks like they trynna scan bar codes
That's what it is... literally. Same wavelength
CozmicK G fr😂
CozmicK G lmao
😂😭 I’m dead
*boop* debit or credit?
I feel like this is a scam. The man does a lot of talking without really explaining what is happening exactly. There is no direct explanation on how this is supposed to work. The success could have to do a lot with placebo.
Megan Baggins 100% agree
Well sometimes the placebo effect works better than real medicine because the pain is in your head. If you give a 'solution' then your brain will think it's getting better. It's psychological.
Psychologically, yes. But upon understanding and considering this it may return from the psychological 'cure' and with this understood the placebo effect doesn't apply to bone structure such as, say, hand surgery or ankle damage.
iron saad There have been studies shown that people when even IBS have been given false doctor's notes for pain medicine. The patient knowing it's not real but it still diminishes the effect. It's been applied to other fields such as Parkinson's and patients with asthma. Just because people know it's a not a real cure doesn't make the results any different. It's all about your perspective of pain.
Agreed. Recently I tore tendons in my ankle whilst I was skiing so I researched cold laser therapy; it really seems as though this is the perfect example of the placebo effect in action.
This sounds a lot like placebo.
Megan Baggins
Yep, it's absolute BS hocus pocus.
The power of the human mind to trick and convince itself is immeasurably immense!
This is a complete placebo imo too.
Megan Baggins it works. I worked at a chiropractor’s office and we used cold laser therapy as well as the foot detox. (You can see them using the foot detox in this video too. When the girls feet were in the white bucket)
Between the chiropractic care and all the modalities, you really can get some great results.
I can see why you think that but the girl with the wrist problem seemed like she didn’t think It worked much but when you look back you can see her range of motion for her wrist increased and I don’t think that’s achievable with the placebo
Its probably majority real but placebo helps
My cat gets this for her arthritis and it helps her a lot! She gets so much better after each treatment and its not like she knows what its supposed to do so I dont think it is.
He explained how lasers work but not how the "healing" works
Edit: I have emailed them and made sure i don't sound like a troll (im not) let's see how they explain it in text.
lenny the burger he also failed to explain properly how lasers work it was at Bert a half arsed explaination
its hokkus pokkus. In reality light doesn't even penetrate skin. That's why you see it. It bounces off it.
I'm curious too!
.
I understood it as the laser was cold
This works. And for folks who think this is a scam or a placebo, then just read the various randomized, double blind, placebo controlled studies published in peer reviewed medical journals. You can always google Photobiomodulation and NCBI to see the research. NCBI = National Center for Biotechnology Information, U.S. National Library of Medicine.
2:09 who else heard that voice crack?
I was scrolling through the comments just to see if somebody else said it
Me lol
I think the record skipped
I would've liked to have seen a follow up with the two girls later that night, the next day and night, and the next ones after that for a week or so. This would be shown the growth, stagnation, or break down of the laser therapy over time on their injured areas. And I believe that's just good journalism when involved in health reporting
YES. This is a fantastic idea. I may do that for our lasers. In this video ( ruclips.net/video/BEaNsYLzbL8/видео.html ) I interviewed a woman who specifically talks about how she was impressed that the laser therapy gave her longer-lasting results than chiropractic or massage therapy and in that way, it was less expensive to buy a laser of her own than to carry one paying for therapy.
Cold laser therapy is as effective as stretching and lying down for a bit, but only when combined with stretching and lying down for a bit.
bogus ignorant statement. I know it works because there are 600 + RCT's on PubMed saying so. Its readily accepted not simply to work but to work beyond what you'd even imagine. www.brainandspinechiropractic.com/research/lasers-and-traumatic-brain-injuries-post-concussion-syndrome/ We see Traumatic Brain Injury cases recover all the time. We have FDA approved eye tracking system that validates their brain function is unarguably improved. Balance and many other objective tests show improvement beyond the patient getting Jaw dropping pain and function improvements.
were'nt those studies cool?!? notice how many hudnreds of studies are linked in the abstract between the studies. its well substantiated.
you wouldn't believe the results of the studies on Sport Enhancement, Sport recovery, etc. if i told you. the conclusions of these studies are pretty remarkable. check it www.brainandspinechiropractic.com/research/lasers-and-sport-enhancement/
enjoy
its amazing how many people assume without searching PubMed for validation. Low Level LASER therapy works amazingly well for all sorts of conditions. over 600 placebo-controlled trials and many RCTs confirm this. www.brainandspinechiropractic.com/research/lasers-and-sport-enhancement/ enjoy the studies on sport enhancement.
This was hilarious. I mean, there are randomized, controlled studies showing that this is not the case but it was still a funny comment.
???
Apparently bar code scanners can cure cancer. What a time to be alive.
CozmicK G i’m dead
Funniest comment here 😂
CozmicK G I am not scared of you CANCER!!
Lol
I laughed
THE VIDEO OF HER BREAKING HER KNEE OH MY GOD
Alexified IKR???????? I wasn't ready, I was shook I literally flinched
“Breaking”
This happened to me too..
After final destination I trust no laser
Same
WYNOLLO TV yes!
WYNOLLO TV at least it not in the eye lol
And this ladies and gentlemen is what you call the placebo effect
Edit: everyone goes search up the placebo effect
Haaris Akram i dont think it is...
CLASH WITH BAT you think these lasers are actually healing the people?
I think most people know what the Placebo Effect is.
Aurora Galactica you'd be surprised
THEY’RE GAZEBOS!!!!!!
haha he's a chiropractor that shines lights on people
ballerinabunn I bet he did something similar to the wrist but they edited out
😂

*Placebo?*
Exactly what I was thinking.
Not really, the 🌞 actually helps healing in a similar way as well that's why it's always recommend by doctors to take a walk outdoors very often.
Shione Cooper yup
Yup
"Despite a lack of consensus over its validity, some studies suggest that LLLT may be modestly effective, but in most cases no better than placebo, in relieving short-term pain..."
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Low-level_laser_therapy
It just looks like he got laser pens and move them over the body
Im reminded of the personality detector invented by the church of Scientology when I hear this man and see his machines😂😂 finnesse game 1000
My horse was lame on 3 legs the vets couldn’t figure out what was wrong with her and suggested I put her down. I paid thousands for all kinds of treatment before I found out about cold laser therapy. It really was a case of this is her last hope if she didn’t start to get better I thought it would be cruel to keep her in pain. The difference after just one session was insane after 4 she was nearly completely sound again. Over time the sessions became further apart and eventually I was able to start riding her again! I still can’t believe how incredible cold laser therapy is I recommend it to anyone human or animal I really feel like I witnessed a miracle.
I already posted this as a reply to someone else but I thought I might as well just repost it as I’ve seen loads of comments about placebo effect.
I call bs
Placebos actually have been proven to help your body heal.
thats only if you believe in them
You cannot see radiations and the neutrons and all coming from it (Unless you have something to measure it with ofcourse haha) I do agree it looks like bs, but it could work if the radiation stuff gets in your body and somehow stimulates something
And I call bs to this comment
ilovehardcorepunk my dad is a chiropractor and uses his and it legit works miracles
0:48 VS 4:35 the only difference is that she bent her fingers
BVB Productions and
No...
BVB Productions
The
It’s not a placebo. Cold light lasers have an effect on the ATP in a mitochondria which basically is the same thing that happens when your body has an injury. This device basically improves circulation which in return aids healing.
2:09 love these voice CRACKS😳😂
high pitch😂
I do cold laser therapy on animals like dogs and cats at the animal hospital I work at. I've done it for arthritis, nerve pain, and many other strange things, like mysterious swelling of unknown origins that won't respond to any other treatments. I had a 13 year old dog come in with his back legs in a sling, unable to use them at all, and now a year later he walks into his appointments all by himself. We can't use it in some situations, like cancer or tumors, because it stimulates healing and growth, and growth is something you definitely don't want with cancers... Sometimes it helps, sometimes it doesn't, but in my experience it has never made anything worse...
Plus the animals look cute as hell in the glasses!
It must be useful that the animals can't tell you that it isn't doing a thing to help them
Looks like a scam to be honest.
It does :) Still, check PubMed. Tons of positive researches - I've read some four dozens of them - lots of big gov agencies involved with this tech like Darpa, NASA, pentagon...
Search "LLLT" or "tPBM". It's info available to all.
This is quackery and the benefits are entirely due to the placebo. The lasers aren't going to reach anything other than the surface of the skin and all they'll do there is warm it up a tiny bit.
You're affirming without having a clue of what you're talking about. Why? Check PubMed. Search "LLLT" or "tPBM". Tons of positive researches - I've read some four dozens of them - lots of big gov agencies involved with this tech like Darpa, NASA, pentagon...
Not even likely warm it up. If you ever put your hand underneath a cold laser, you will likely feel almost no difference in temperature, at all. And there are a lot of unsubstantiated claims in this video. However, the depth of penetration into the tissues of the body varies by wavelength and power of the diodes and some lasers do penetrate deeper into the body than the epidermis. One could google "infrared lllt penetration study".
Look… you’re the “scam” here perpetuating falsities.
I know this is 5 years old, but I stumbled across this video and I can explain what's going on. First, it's not placebo. Light does and can penetrate the skin at different wavelengths. What's going on is called photobiomodulation, photobiostimulation, and photobioinhibition which means intracellular stimulation of mitochondrial activity, wound healing, and pain management, respectively. The wavelength that cold laser operates on is between 630-1200nm because that range absorbs best into the body rather than the skin surface. The laser aspect is light amplification by stimulated emission of radiation and photophoresis occurs which is chemically driven by light into the treatment area. This is the explanation this guy should have given. Both the patient and the doctor should be wearing goggles though, not just the patient. This treatment modality is medically sound, however, a more controversial approach is a photophysiological effect used for neuropathy, failed back surgery, spinal stenosis, plantar fasciitis, and carpal tunnel. Respectfully, have an idea of what you're trying to prove or disprove before you go spouting off incorrect information...
2:09 Dat voice crack tho😂😂
Seems too good to be true, but I’d love to use it if it could help with my pain at all
Don’t do it, it’s placebo
@@justanordinarycritic4953 but this will help her.. coz that's how placebo works right? 😂
Not necessarily, the problem is still there, she just thinks it isn’t
@@justanordinarycritic4953 Can you prove that or speak from experience? If not then I would stop preaching misinformation you can't back up.
I know this comment is from 2 years ago. If you would still like to try laser therapy, contact me and I will see if I can connect you with someone who can help. Cold lasers are phenomenal for pain and the FDA-cleared ones (like ours) are specifically cleared for pain relief.
04:25 pls kill me 😂 THAT HUG
I am the video producer for a cold laser company out of Vermont (this is their account that I manage) and the first time that I tried a cold laser (ours) I didn't feel a thing. I used the laser for years before I could feel the laser while it was shining on me but I definitely saw results from the first time that I used the laser. The most immediate results that I see are from people with pain.
The same happened to me.
Ever since I started to drink a few drops of bleach each day I feel much healthier.
Honestly, even if it’s placebo, as long as it worked for them and made them feel better, I think it’s worth looking into.
2:09 dat voicecrack tho lmaoooo
What great actors
Idc if it’s placebo if they feel better I’m happy for them.
Absolutely.
I will pay anything to see this doctor.
I just slam my head on the barcode reader every time I'm at the store.
Same effect, waaay cheaper.
seems scammy to me? if he did the adjustment without the laser toy, would the effect be the same? if he only did the laser, and didn't do the adjustment - would she feel anything?
LOL :] Check PubMed, Search for "LLLT" or "tPBM". Tons of positive researches - I've read some four dozens of them - lots of big gov agencies involved with this tech like Darpa, NASA, pentagon...
Google "LLLT therapy placebo" for the answer to this. Double blind studies show that LLLT therapy is specifically more effective than placebos.
2:09 HAHAH the voice crack
4:03 10/10 acting 😂
I'd like to see a follow up video for this in a few weeks.
Placebo effect at its finest.
LOL. Actually yes. MUST have placebo too - like ANYTHING ELSE IN THIS LIFE! But.... read about tBPM or LLLT and be amazed :]
Google "LLLT therapy placebo" and you will see very interesting results. But you are right that the way that this man is using it and with the effects that he claims to get with it, it sounds a lot like placebo effect.
That voice crack tho 😂😂
2:09 "To *VE*-ry" 😂😂😂
2:09 THAT VOICE CRACK THOUGH😂😂
He lost me at "we're going to punch in some numbers here to fix the brain." 2:16
Same.
When he was explaining how it worked he gave a long complicated answer of how a laser works, and then said absolutely nothing about how it helps the body and why🤔 this is why I have trust issues
Warranted. Try this description, instead: ruclips.net/video/fKsMtkG9qD8/видео.html
So the fact that she could move her wrists more is because of placebo? Nah, doesn’t explain that. 😂
2:08 he has a voice crack hahahah omg
" i'm gonna laser the hypothalamus " but it's deep inside the brain...
the whole “why it works” part literally explained what a laser is and then said that it works. the whole science part was bs. he just explained what a laser is, and even made it seem as though he wasn’t actually sure of what he was saying (atoms are NOT photons!!!!)
I feel this is a lawsuit waiting to happen. This man is making false claims and is likely charging a lot of money for literally nothing.
Suchega Uber How would you know for sure?
Check PubMed. Tons of positive researches - I've read some four dozens of them - lots of big gov agencies involved with this tech like Darpa, NASA, pentagon...
Don't wait for their explanation on it. Search "LLLT" or "tPBM".
@@SeganHealthHacker Yeap, the red light is supposed to be on the 600 nm range that stimulates collagen production.
He does make a lot of claims here that are unsubstantiated. The FDA does tightly regulate claims like these. I don't know about litigation but he certainly is not doing a lot to improve the image of cold laser therapy, which is a scientifically-validated therapy with real results that have cleared FDA, Health Canada, CE and other regulators.
They should try Covetton House. I hear they might have some similar services.
This is crazy, awesome
I tried it- it really is crazy effective. Though I didn't get it done on my brain
My therapy is wine 🍷 cheers
That voice crack tho 2:09
Does he even know how the laser works? Photons or atoms. Yes exciting electrons gives you photons.
That fucking voice crack 2:09 😂😂😂😂
ironic that it's called the sahara clinic and it's cold laser treatment
"So, we're gonna push some numbers here, and fix the brain"
Wow.
Omg I love watching these videos !!😂😂
This is called a chiropractor that shines strange lasers on you 😂😂
4:28 that hug literally describes my life
“ I was shook!”
I play the same position as her in volleyball and can attest to how much it messes up your knees. My knee just randomly gives out and it hurts to bend it, especially when going up stairs.
“Check the hair, the barcode might be there” but sir its her hair “JUST CHECK IT” SIR YOU WERE CORRECT I FOUND IT, but we also found it on the chin, legs, and arms, which one shall we scan? “Uhhh, all of them” but sir- “JUST DO IT BOB”
Nice...gonna stop by my local grocery store and ask the cashier for some therapy
Ashley looks so different! 😍
I've had many people work on my elbow and shoulder for tendinitis. I've had ultrasound, a cortisone shot, chiropractor care, ice and rolling a needle on the spots, as well as this cold laser therapy. I know cortisone has worked with some people but did not work with me. I had these lasers on me and lol I felt like an idiot, sitting for a session with some blinking lights moving over my arm and shoulder. It did nothing. What worked for me was chiropractic care with heat or ice. Definitely not lasers
2:09 THAT VOICE CRACK
Destinee has such a beautiful smile
I can't even do a push up.
So you go girl. You do that push up 😂
This dude looks like such a nerd just waving his little lasers around
2:17 that's some cat in the hat stuff right there
Haha. This comment wins the whole internet.
I had neck surgery about a yr ago and I'm 16 turning 17 in May 18 do u think that I would feel pain in my neck if I do cold laser beam
those cracks yo! satisfying!
I went to a chiropractor once and he bent my body in ways I didn't know were physically possible... I never went back
Will there be a follow up video?
Light therapy does work. There are a ton of peer reviewed journals on the subject. The red light is supposed to be on the 600nm range that stimulates collagen production
I am the only one that thinks it is funny that the mans last name is Sahara like the Sahara desert and he dose COLD laser😂
Giuliana Castillo Yeah just you
yep just you
Giuliana Castillo yup
Does or dose I'm confused aaahhh
This guy needs to fix my back
if they go again, can we get an update video?
I can't find any papers talking about this particular treatment. If anyone has found a paper can you link it for me please?
Keshan ...........There are thousands of articles. Google and read/listen to info by Michael Hamblin Ph.D. And James Carroll. Start with this. www.laserannals.com/downloads/Hamblin.pdf. Hamblin is a scientist at Harvard.
Great it worked for her! It's probably expensive, though.
Destinee is gorgeous! She’s one of my favorites on the channel.
Why not install these 'cold' lasers everywhere like in stores to homes. Then we could be 'healing' at all times, that seems to be the next step with this technology
will cold lazer therapy work for long thoracic nerve injury?
woah, that's so cool!
He's trying to find her barcode. 😂🤣😂
If this could fix my knees. I would be happy.
I can't strighten them properly, while walking they seem fine, but when I lay down and lift them up, they stay bent. I've been like that for 18 years (all my life)
I think there might be something wrong with my muscles or something, but truthfully I have no idea.
Do a follow up video please!!
*Unexpected Item in the Bagging Area*
how is the ad 290s after the end of the vid
Wow! I have fibromyalgia. Do you think that this could help with my chronic pain and fatigue?
Only issue is to see if this service is available in Australia.
"Punch in some numbers to fix the brain." Guys I have found the cure to cancer!!
2:08 voice crack lmao
How much did this cost this is amazing. Would insurance cover this over pain medication.
Tiffany Ferguson I haven’t seen cold lasers in conventional doctors offices but I worked for a chiropractor and we used cold laser therapy. A lot of insurance companies will cover chiro visits.
My chiro used to charge cash patients $50 for half hour if I remember correctly. Hope this helps!
Some insurance companies will cover only if used on a certain oral cancer. Its heavily based off the placebo effect.
I worked at a chiropractic office too and we used these. It came with your treatment plan
It’s usually not covered as there’s not enough research and evidence to prove it as a valid treatment for pain.
It costs your dignity
Sounds like a placebo followed by a chiropractic session.
They look like people from “theatre class” from Brandon Rogers- even the doctor-
Only part that worked was the chiropractic service.
Can cold laser light is safe to treat on the abdominal stomach area? Thanks
Hi Paul - I just started laser treatments at an acupuncturist's office. The device she uses scans the patient first, which showed some spikes on a small readout screen (indicating "pathogens"). She chose to treat my abdomen, so the answer is yes! I'd suggest doing a search for "Photobiomodulation". There's a lot out there. Good luck!
I was so cunfuddled before this video
