usually pokemon get misrepresented by winrates all the time imo… im sure (red) urshifu isnt even that bad either but i wouldnt know cuz i havent seen one LOL
People who play leafeon don't know just how great it is just to steal exp from the opponent then turn that into a level snowball with powerful dives. Another problem is if you do that your team can throw hard in the late game and leafeon struggles a bit more to carry
It will only for the 5mins of match after All rounder evolves it will be not such powerful
Average unite player would actually use choice specs on Leafeon instead of using their brain for 2 seconds

Mewtwo Brainrot as Spragels said. All of the Pokemon are good now and game is in very balanced state. The bad win rates really come from bad players.
I think bad players usually have favs like leafeon as pokemon like dodrio zoroark hoppa usually have high to mid win rate
@@tawsifking9336 That and also the fact that mons like Zoroark and Dodrio are hardest to play. Majority of the playerbase don't like playing supporter anyways so support players are usually good.
What's crazy is Leafeon has the burst damage of a speedster with a RANGED attack which is crazy. Plus getting that power at lvl 4 is OP. but brainrot players love just jumping 1 v. 3-5 with unite, not KO anyone (or maybe 1 person) and then die. So any lead they get early they lose and then keep feeding the enemy team every time they unite. Its unite is what hurts it when used by bad players. I will say though, It's not a great late game pokemon. But its still better than its WR shows

Yeah, I do notice that people are not playing Leafeon as much. I mean, that's just skill issue and even if they do, they would use Razor Leaf over Solar Blade but then again, I love Solar Blade tbh. Maybe I should try Leafeon again just in case.
I use Razor Leaf and its pretty decent too, it doesn’t waste its hability (which gives Leafeon a speed boost) and this helps you to steal farm and escape easily!!
You cannot hard carry end game with leafeon. You can only do so much to tanky mons by poking them with leaf blade. Even if you end up with over 90k dmg and win whole game, your team will throw at ray.
Leafeon is likely bogged down by people playing Solar Blade after seeing it work on another Eevee, then failing to make it work.
I feel like a major problem with Leafeon is people run it jungle but against tankier jungles or laners (Buzz, Metagross etc.) it struggles to actually do a ton of damage on a small level lead. Or it's just people being bad which is probably the case.
The players are a big problem also running it in jungle is ok dependent on how you choose which lane to gank I prefer lanes where enemies are aggressive trying to score cause its easier to hit your moves their far from their goal zone and already took damage I use that rule for every jungler but a main problem I find with the players is thinking their a poker or their invincible don't try to poke enemies with leafeon speedsters counter each other and your prob gonna get gangbanged 1 v 3.
Leafeon can get value in jungle but honestly playing it how cris played it is the most optimal going lane and taking every last hit

I played him yesterday after not playing for months, first game 22 kills, second game 14, I was wondering why they haven't nerfed the thing yet
Guys the wrong equip item is shown to go with the reason why leafeons wr is low 40s. Because it’s what the average player uses on leafeon
problem is they think solar blade is spatk because of the original game lol
Thing is, is that it was always physical, leaf blade was the one that changed types.
I think leafeons winrate is due to 2 things.
1) skill issue by the players; i see so many missed solar blades, so many leafeons playing way too passive instead of absuing their early spikes and wasting their unites on lapras etc. Oh and teammates dont play around leafeons insane early either, just like your wiggly this game being way too passive considering the enemy team literally cant do anything against you. Yet they still dont go in, and that prevents you from truly snowballing. Whereas in comp your team would know to abuse leafeons early powerspikes
And 2) it does struggle in the ray fight to some extent, and if you play it well you and your team should be ahead enough for that not to be an issue at all, but people are bad so that is often not the case.

You’ve to carry late game well to win soloq games and if your team doesn’t help you much in that, you will mostly just lose cuz leafeon does fall off in late game

I just got back into this game a couple days ago after a year+ away, the Eeveelutions and especially Sylveon are my favs so I was excited to see 4 more Eevees to play. I interpreted this thumbnail as Leafeon being a low skill Pokemon, I've had a lot of really good games on Leafeon recently (mainly have been running Razor Leaf/Leaf Blade, very fun! although I did oneshot someone with Solar Blade one time, made my jaw drop for like 30 full seconds LOL) so it made me sad to think the character was just easy.
Then the first thing you said in the video was the exact opposite of that, not that I'm very good yet but still thanks for the little ego boost- LMAO
_Also btw hearing Leafeon having a low winrate is actually insane to me, you can do so much damage so quickly!! Maybe the low winrate is people doing tons of damage early and getting cocky and inting lmao_
As a Leafeon main this made me extremely happy
Same with zeraora the second most unavoidable speedster who can go invincible and has a sure hit unite yet many players still get less than 5 kos throughout the entire 10 minutes match
Absolutely agree, all speedsters in general requires skill to play, so it's a clear sign of skill issue. I love all the eeveelutions, and boy i am so happy seeing them being chosen in tournaments 😭
Also i think you swapped amp for choice specs accidentally 😅
Honestly among all the speedsters leafeon is on the lower end of the high skill requirement. Press every move once and you one shot pretty much everything. Also extremely strong early game. Can't believe players are unable to win with this mon. Moves don't even require aim.

I think skill issue is part of the problem but also the other part might be emblem builds with items also most players might not know how to properly build their leafeon or know what role it can play in the match. Another problem might be team support or willingness to help each other out during team fights. I have seen this first hand in some matches both good and bad, I do main leafeon and firmly believe it can support both lanes if the player knows how to use it correctly with proper timing. This mon in my mind is the easiest speedster to play in my opinion with great early game gains to suppress the enemy team in the right situation.
I always seem to get the halfway decent Leafeons...on the enemy team. They always jump out of a bush and then I perish as soon as I look at them.

This was a really impressive game, always great to see Cris on a fast paced mon like Leafeon. But I was most shocked to see the circle around Wiggly as an indicator for Cute Charm being on cooldown. Has that always been there and I just never noticed?
Yes! Has always been a thing but it can be easy to miss
Leafeon solar blade is just disgusting,the amount of times i secure farm from enemies and sometimes the objectives depending how the fight goes,and its been this low win rate for a while is just sad its so misrepresented,and there are times i did soloq,duo or trio and managing sometimes 80k-130k dmg on this pokemon.
As someone who plays Leafeon I will say some late game team fights can feel impossible in this state of matchmaking for soloQ.
i love leaf boi and hes pretty much my favorite type of play style, i perf razor over solar since i play with it so much better when it comes to steals and doing funny kills from miles away because they forget the razorleaf is there. pretty much all you gotta do with him is attack the enemy attackers from behind dont let them see u coming for them and you can melt 2-3 of them before they even know it. when dealing with allrounders you gotta play a bit smarter dont waste your time dueling them just poke and move.

Leafeon is one of my favourite Pokémon, i use Razor Leaf+Aerial Ace for the mobility and I’m not that good with solar blade, i feel like solar blade is too easy to dodge but again it might be just me
Leafeon Is a hyper glass canon like Gengar.The difference is Gengar likes the chaos of solo q b/c its burst kit is made for single enemy KO's. Its also a 3 stage evo which is bad. Leafeon can burst KO too but its harder. And when you misjudge your damage (most solo q players) you dont KO and die in return. Whats most OP about it though is its a lvl 4 evo. So in coordinated play it can't be jungle invaded & teams can make use of its crazy ranged burst with solar blade to secure objectives. Something Gender can't do.
I think cris forgot to mention he just beat his own record for fastest full 6 stacks in 51 seconds

Honestly it's just the jungle roll. A lot of players don't understand that role and I feel a lot of the matches really depend on which team has the better jungler.
I forgot about Leafeon altogether, but this is the best Pokemon for stealing farm from the enemy at the beginning, and the damage is good, but for some reason most players use leaves instead of a normal attack

Leafeon is one of my mains, it took me a bit to understand how to carry soloQ with it, but rn I have like 72% of winrate with it this season. It's so sad to see how bad is played tbh because it's really strong

The meta is now more stable because all pokemon now relay on cooldowns, you cant just rush in and do skill 1 skill 2 spam a and kill the whole team now you need to use your skills complement your damage with a and retreat or if you are an atacker force the enemy to keep its distance with a

I run a full movement speed leafeon and that destroys. So I imagine a proper damage build does even better.
it is a high skill pokemon, it is really squishy and without micro plays its impossible to dodge any allrounder .
I had a 45 percent wr with leafeon last season averaging 13 ko per game, the wr is so low bcs of bad late game and also during late game the nemy target you as well bcs you bullied them all game
The strongest speedster of this game , I won't say it is bad late game cause it has the best Rayquaza stealing , also the combo 0 to death almost every mon of the game
@nataledesposito2075 nah, only 2 attacks of sustain, one is very easy to avoid, once the abilities are done is useless in long fights, no way the best speedster, unless the rivals are distracted can steal, otherwise won't long last more than 3 hits.
@@yeciidquintero6784Definitely in top 3 best speedsters. That early game alone can boost it up to top 3 and also how much easier it is to play compared to some other speedsters. The only speedsters I think are better than it are very good zoroarks and dodrios. And even then they aren't able to perform better than leafeon in competitive without a comfey.
@@yeciidquintero6784 if we don't consider umbreon's bans as picks it was the most picked Pokémon on the last world competition, neither overlord picked zoroark , i get that competitive play and solo q are two different environments but here leafeon Is even more valuable since has Great secure and a decent enough early game that let you snow ball the match if your teammates don't throw the game

Damn Urshifu dropped off HARD. I love playing Urshifu (especially dark bear) but man the nerfs hurt it really badly
It's easier when you can use better emblems, also, most players seem not to understand what role they should be playing on a team. You have ppl trying to steal jungle and lane at same time not knowing they're loreal crippling the team 😅

I dominate the early very hard with leafeon but the problem comes late game as the opponent gains comeback xp and I don't have much to farm on my side so I go to the opponents side to farm and becoz of that they gather together to get down
You have very little room to misplay as a leafeon player imo
I mean it was (or still is) like buzz or not? Bad wr but dominates tournaments but im not sure if it's the same reason for that.

As a urshifu main seeing urshifu in the lowest winrate hurts me😞
I think people in SoloQ just don't know how to be agressive in lane and this hurts the WR of obvious strong characters like Leafeon and Buzzwhole. Leafeon is so broken between the lvl. 4 power-spike and the point-and-click delete Ult, the snowball potential is crazy.

My leafeon is cursed whenever I pick it even with a good team comp they are always the worst players more trhan usual so most of my pokemon are 51~60% win rate but leafeon is like 40% I am only picking it when my comp is really good and Im feeling lucky
I was mimikyu on other team and zoroark have never played zoroark.
He died so much and finish to wait in the bush at the end
And finish at 20k damage for zoroark or metal we can see my team was a disaster

Skill issue for sure. I can't aim that Solar Blade properly for my life. Almost never goes in the direction I want. And auto aim during heat of team battles also mess me up
I reached my first masters using leafeon. But it takes skills and speed in your fingers too lol. Tbh it dominates until someone like buzz comes to face.

I swear to god Leafeon is too good even with a horrible win rate. (Look at Akali from league, she had a 47% wr and STILL had a toxic kit years ago)
This mf gets free in combat mobility just by charging its resource, already giving it the same tempo as Dodrio and infinitely better than say Zeraora or Gengar.
Solar Blade is a long range near instant cast damaging ability that can secure extremely well at level 4, a power spike most mons cant compete with unless theyre also a jungler. It also functions as a safe neutral game for it
Leaf Blade also recharges Leafeon's resource bar to either slap you again or continue to dive you after the initial ingage, and its an extremely fast, hard to react dash. Solar Blade being empowered also has the hard to react problem without prediction
And ita Unite Move? Which is a massive fucking AOE point and click unstoppable dash that also doubles its movement speed so that it can stick to you extremely hard, a blast radius that you cant dash or Eject out of, and Leafeon being UNSTOPPABLE so you cant peel it off for punishing a blind engage?
Leafeon's braindead combo of Leaf Blade > Emerald Two-Step > Solar Blade is too good at annihilating backline squshies, or hell, even entire teams since its all AOE. You cant kill the mf especially if they have Buddy Barrier, and what are you supposed to do to peel it off during it's Unite move? Slowbro or Mimikyu Unite? That's just countering overpowered with overpowered. Hot take I think Leafeon is too good of a Speedster compared to everyone else in the roster, only beat by like Dodrio.
Win rate is not a good representation of Leafeon's performance because nobody knows how to make use of its conceptually overpowered kit.
i can just imagine this bottom lane leafeon looking at the jungler, going "look at me, i am the hypercarry now. LOOK AT ME."

Leafeon is strange, it's good, but don't really work as Speedster.
I'm using him as Attacker, while his move sets feel like All-rounder.
He's good because he can deal high Aoe damage at early stage of the match, but this is also why he's bad, because this is also only thing he can do.
No very much problem when it's used by skilled player, but when it's come to bad player, even this only advantage would disapper.
All of the speedsters are at the bottom of the winrate list so that should tell you about everything

Whenever I play Leafeon, the game just pairs me with the most braindead teammates. Always average like 10 kills with him and I always lose cause I have Timmy the 8 year old instead of a actual decent player.
Never let enemy leafeon get lvl 4/5 in first 2 minutes..

Personally a Aerial ace believer and I still drop 15-20 kills every other game. (Just don’t play it with Solar blade for God’s sake)

I feel like leafean is a good speedster but you can't carry the game with it in solo q, even i have 45% winrate but i always do 80k+ damage in every match its just that in solo q you can not play this pokemon, i feel like if you have good team then only you can play and provide value to your team

I've helped people who complain about other people playing bad so I'm nice enough to help. Problem is they're the bad ones. I've noticed with alot of people in this game that they think they're alot better than they really are and blame others for losing and lack accountability

Naah it's solo q you can be running a game with leafeon but if you don't have good teammates to team fight with late game it falls off hard last 2 mins.

Stacking items, and it also recharges your unite move a bit with each score

As a Leaf main who solo queues, I’m just gonna say this: I average 80k damage a game jungling, I’m taking every rotation, stealing enemy jungle, engaging team fights, and ganking for for kills, but I’m at a 49% WR because I’m constantly matched with braindead randoms who don’t team fight or rotate to objectives. I often as a last resort have to steal Regis and Ray, and still my team will throw or grief me. Sometimes you simply can’t carry stupid.

Leafeon solar blade needs a nerf. Maybe not damage but range. Its stupid a melee can sit across the lane safely and one shot the birds when they spawn. Then youre just bullied all game. Its ult is ridiculous as well.
if you just don't let it get level 4 early than you will be very fine as it usually ends up 1 or 2 lower level than u
If you can't prevent it from level 4 then just a skill issue and weak Mon issue

The thing is that scyther could reset his way through a penta, leafeon can't
In addition, Leafeon should have get the Battle Pass since it has one holowear, Gardevoir should never get that
I would say that greedent is a skill issue but i really cant blame people because this pokemon does not fit in this meta or the game currently i just think greedent needs a rework
