Someone find that video of Ian bragging about lasting longer then his wife’s ex husband when they all had a threesome together😢

Idk what Ngannou eats but it works 😂
His fridge was like 90% muscle milk 😅 for real it wouldn't be the worst diet.
Tren and Test. Yes he has phenomenal and rare genetics. But that dude has been juicing hard his entire UFC career. Nobody can maintain that 270+ physique with abs with any cardio.
He drinks a lot of juice and Trens hard

Damn I missed Chito Vera. He literally has the best diet in the UFC smh. He eats a lot of fruit, honey, grass fed meats and raw milk
raw milk? Isn't that worse? it has pus and nasty shit in it

Lmao😂
Few people realise how important proper nutrition is👍
I retired from soccer and now fight in mma and always followed a decent diet and in recent times I spent hours watching videos and posts about it and figured out what’s best and what isn’t , I even eat things now I don’t like the taste of that much like liver , everything cooked in animal fat 💪🏻
I've been going to the gym for 2 years now and I don't follow any specific diet. I often eat bad food, pasta almost daily, sometimes mayonnaise, cheese, a lot of milk, sometimes sugary desserts, oil, bread etc, but I eat a lot of meat too.
Even fewer in this video
i kinda understand but you need some f money for things like steak.
Missed opportunity with not putting chito with the amount of grass fed meats he posts on his stories
You’re right. I’ve actually listened to him talk about his diet and I follow him too. I wish I could do this video over again so I could add him in the S tier
@@lucastracymma8764make a part 2 video
Oh f yeah, grass fed meats ftw. I still get down with some grilled asparagus.
So vegetables have no nutrition because soil depletion. Yet the stake you eat has nutrition from the cow eating the vegetation from the depleted soil?
Veggies don’t have no nutrition JUST because of the soil. They have less nutrition because of it. Even with good soil most veggies aren’t going to offer you much. Some veggies are okay, most are useless
Pasture raised cows that consume grass have actually very good soil due to their manure which then goes into the grass which then goes back into their bodies which means good quality beef.
On the other hand, cows in battery farms that eat terrible ultra-processed feed will get poor nutrition and therefore will have bad quality beef.
This same concept works with plants, a monocrop field sprayed with pesticide will have terrible nutritional value but a field with many different types of plants and no pesticide will have much better nutritional value.
Yeah Lucas is just saying what's fashionable now and probably won't learn even after Ian takes over.
To be fair to vegans you arrogantly asked what vegans have made it to a high level of sports.. Novak Djokovic.
I’m watching this while eating pasta and sweetie little treaties btw
chris daukaus has a F- diet
The Diaz brothers are both vegans and big weed smokers, but you didn't dare to put them on the "F" category with Ian Garry.. LOL
They have amazing stamina but they’re not exactly known to be strong or powerful at all. That Mexican chin and cardio is the main thing that makes up for it. Plus they’re biggest strength, jujitsu is about technique, not athleticism
@@RL-xo1eu you're right to a certain degree, but the fact remains that @lucastracymma8764 is a hypocritical coward.....

A lot of boxers used vegan diets such as David Haye later in his career but most notably Tim Bradley would only use them during gruelling long training camps wich I guess would benefit in cutting weight and also explain his insanely impressive physique...I’m not kidding the guy had arguably the best I’ve seen at least in boxing history better than Evander Holyfields in his steroid days

Dont know a ton about diet, but I can say the absolute best I ever felt was when I was eating like a pound of turkey and multiple cups of yogurt a day, plus massive smoothies made of spinach and celery and beets and stuff, then for carbs I had a massive bag of barley and a massive bag of oats. I ate a good amount of beans too. And i cooked as many things as I could in lard. I gained a surprising amount of muscle in a pretty short time when I was eating like this. I love stuff like loaded fries and burgers and mac and cheese a little too much unfortunately.
Exactly having a full plant based or carnivore isn’t the best .you need a mix of both with high qualities foods
Green smoothies are not healthy bro, full of oxalates etc

“It’s not conducive to eat a vegan diet”
Bro doesn’t even know what conducive means and he’s trying to lecture people on nutrition
I do bjj and have switched to a vegan diet earlier this year and tbh, not only have I had my blood work done recently wich was fine, I have not experienced any negative effects for bjj at all. Im pretty confident infact that it benefited my rolls. I feel like it improved my stamina noticeably, I gass out waaay less and can keep a decent pace till the end of the round & not be out of breath for long after.
You’ve probably gotten weaker though
@@AndrewSedeno No, but that can happen to some if they switch, because a decent amount of veggies can be very high volume compared to their caloric density and so sometimes when people switch they feel like they’re eating the same amount of calories as before, when they’re really not. It‘d make sense to count calories I guess, for me I just follow somewhat of a routine and I feel in training wether I’m „properly fueled“ or not & increase if I don’t.
@@sharkzomb1798 nice bro, what is your caloric and protein intake?
The thing every one misses about nutrition is everybody's system can contain different levels of compression.
Gotta be vegan for a while, trains your body to absorb calories better. Train hard on nothing but fruit and your body learns to function while your running g-force fighter pilot levels of lightness. Then U power up again when u reintroduce protein & energy drinks
Lucas please do fighter nutrition breakdowns. The Ian Garry vid was hilarious same with this one.

There is nothing bad about seed oils besides their high calorie density.
You need a good omega 3 to omega 6 ratio
Do a foods tier list
It's a great list actually and good logic. The only thing is that you should include Salmon or take omega-3's to balance out the HDL's to LDL ratio. You want a good mix of proteins.
Now this is good content

I still cannot understand how you can engage in something as primal as fighting for a living, and restrict yourself to a vegan diet it's genuinely confusing
google stephan Pütz, hes a german mma fighters he’s 6”5 and been vegan for 15 years and he’s a beast. its just that 99% of vegans don’t know what they are doing. he does, he’s married to a foodscientist and because he’s a professional fighter he’s got all the time in the world to focus on his diet and he spends extremely much money on high quality food.
