@@IanGreenleaf do you own property along Hiawatha or Nokomis that experiences severe flooding every year because both lakes are incredibly artificially high? Foundations are crumbling because of the ongoing insistence to maintain status quo.
This is the most logical solution that's been offered to date. The other suggestions will create flood-prone and mosquito-infested swamps. Thank you!
