    Glad you guys did this video. Great job with the variables! I am happy to know it at least is a little more efficient, though still wish I was seeing TM40 efficiency. I really thought since the cores are very similar/identical that this would get TM40 efficiency, but at least it puts this issue to rest. There's a pretty large difference in how the TM40 and OP Cores position the valve sensing head relative to the guide. That's likely accountable for the difference.

Blankly stating "20%" on the site wasn't bright of PE, but it also doesn't mean it's out of the question for an average user to see those results, pending variables are kept in check. A friend of mine performed a relatively controlled testing with as many variables accounted for as possible and saw an almost exact 20% improvement over his CS2. So, it's possible. Mind you not that everybody who reads this message will be more experienced than myself. @Paintballpro18 Год назад

      Depends, is that a full setup for 500-700 or just the marker alone for 500-700?
      Setup I'd go with a mask that fits your face comfortably. Hopefully you have a pro shop around you to try on different masks, but basically any mask you see 95% of the paintball population wearing will be good. If you can try them before you buy them because the worst thing to have is an uncomfortable mask (for me KLR's hug my nose weird and I can't really breathe out of them) and that's just me. Never skimp out on a mask.
      Secondly, your tank. Good way to have a comfortable fit is to bend your arm 90 degrees, place a tank on your bicep, then measure the reg to your palm. The top of the reg (below the bonnet screw) should be about at your palm. Obviously if you want to have a bigger/smaller tank go for it, but this will give you the most comfortable feel. If you can get a 4500 PSI tank, and ensure the date gives you 5 years (relatively) of hydro.
      3rd is the hopper, I personally can't find anything wrong with a spire IR2, if needed you can add a spring ramp, speed feed and the N-charge kit but honestly you don't need anything else if you rather just go bare bones on it. Every hopper is going to feed well, every hopper jams, it's paintball. I just would personally recommend this one from my own experience.
      Finally, the marker. Seeing as you have spent about at least 400-500, you don't have much left, and the only reliable marker I could see being offered down in this price is a EMEK/ETHA2. One is mechanical, one is electronic, but both operate on one of the best drive trains ever created in paintball in the last decade at least. They are simple to use and costumer service under Eclipse is the best you can ever recieve no matter where you are. The Facebook group for PE tech help is the place to be for any tech needs and are consistently answering and helping to repair any downed marker for their customer's sake (if yours would even go down in the first place).
      The rest is up to you, buy pants, pads, pod pack, head wrap, head bands, etc at your own expense, there is no right or wrong answer really.

    • @BAGofTALENT
      @BAGofTALENT Год назад

      It doesn't matter, guns have reached maximum efficiency and the highest level of functionality so the " new " models have very little to offer as far as big changes so these little changes are hyped up to seem like a big deal when they are mostly meaningless. Pair that with the lackluster mill job this thing was most likely released just to keep the price point high and close to 2 grand .

    • @killasjanitor
      @killasjanitor Год назад

      Air efficiency means you can get more paint out with the same amount of air. This is important for those that play speedball considering they're usually constantly throwing paint down field. If you play woodsball, it might not be as important unless you need to be able to sling a ton of paint (ie you're defending an objective from attackers or something)

    • @shoebradley
      @shoebradley 6 месяцев назад

      It may not matter too much, with air stations readily available, especially in tournament settings. Until the tournament air systems go down mid event. Efficiency starts to matter when you're only getting a 2 or 3k fill

    • @shoebradley
      @shoebradley 3 месяца назад

      Efficiency may not matter that much but when air stations go down during a tournament it's definitely beneficial to be shooting a more efficient gun. Being able to shoot 8 pods off of a 3k fill vs 6 pods means I can continue shooting lanes while you're one balling and hoping to shoot cross field
