A deadline like a grandsons bday party can be a nice motivator. I hope you finish it in time for the party. (Yes. I realize I'll find out in a few videos)
I like your color choices and the upholstery work is nice. I wish I lived closer to you, I'm in Allentown, to give you a hand so meeting you deadline is no problem.
Just recently found your channel. I am very interested in it and watching you work on it. I am disabled and older so watching you do things very much brightens my day. Thank you.
In a word: awesome. Great job, Pete. You've got the hard parts worked out, now its mostly just repeating what you've already accomplished. I think you'll be done early!
So, when I went on Music express at Lagoon (I work there) I noticed that the seat backs are held on with essentially a large piano/door hinge. It made me think of your project.
You have your work cut out to meet that deadline. I sincerely hope you make it and we get to see the progress. Loving this restoration, i have to say :)

The upholstery looks awesome Pete. You don't know how many hours I have stood infront of an upholstery table rebuilding ride seats. Nice Job buddy.
I love how the seats are turning out. Great color choice!

You and me both!

Glad you enjoy it!
Great job Pete! It's always good to have a deadline. It tends tp put things into high gear to make the goal! I'm sure you will make the deadline!
Hope so!
That all worked out very nicely.
Looks great!
Thanks 👍

Looking great! My favourite parts for me were the motor and Lighting overhaul.

Thanks so much. I've heard nothing about it.
ive been waiting for the next update. I cant wait to see it finished
You and me both!
Ha ha someone is in the mood for watermelon. Keep up the good progress.
Apparently!
Use velcro on the seat inserts so they can be easily stored in the winter months
During my time at Wisdoms, we used corn sacks as test dummies before we got to ride anything new!
Did you ever figure out what material you are going to use on the front of the carts?
Im leaning towards fiberglass reinforced panels like would be used to cover the sides of motorhomes.
Keep chugging along. Don't forget the watermelon. 😂
Indeed.. I had no idea watermelon was going to play such a large roll when I started this project!
What software did you use to make the todo list?
I keep track of this project in Notion.
Gotta appreciate the “Easy” button on the wall lol. I guess you have been over complicating things?
I need to push that button more often! LOL
@@PeteRondeau I need one of those too lol
Slice slice, snip snip, tap tap, clip clip, wiggle wiggle, staple staple...shoot...pry pry, slice slice, snip......
LOL
