i don't want to sound crass but she gets very little sun for someone in florida. she may have medical problems, or isn't from the area. she's in a bad spot. dudes are heroes. those rocks will cut you to bits and my man is barefoot, hanging on by his toes, shielding them from the rocks with a jetski. absolute legend. engines are on, too. with the right set he was probably out of there. i used to have it, i'd pull kids and tourists out of much worse spots than they knew. pulled my brother out of the surf zone once, all in touring kayaks. i'll never forget the look in his eye. told him to swim out to me, away from shore, and there was some doubt and then he went for it. got hiim back in his boat in no time. 4-5 foot waves, bad spot without me around. fine spot when i am there. i think i've still got it and if it comes down to it one day i'll handle business.

I kayak fish in San Diego, very familiar with rocky shoals. Nothing unique about tourists getting over their heads on a jetski, a lot of things look a lot scarier than they are on the water, and rocks aren't fun, but all that would have happened if she were in the water is getting bumped into the rocks at worst. Not sure that's a pro rescuer, although the red shorts do seem like it, not sure why they'd both have the same ski though. my hindsight take is, she has a vest on, so get her to swim out clear of the rocks, then get the ski. That's what I would have been yelling at her to do if I were in the water, so maybe a good thing I'm not a lifeguard lol.
