Yes!!! I'm a therapist in a hospital. Trying to get people to stand n then turn to get in a chair is hard for the very same reason. You trying to lift up they're pushing down you try to turn them n they're pulling back. This is a good example of how in the rescue of a drowning person they can pull you under.
You're right. Over my lifetime, I've saved 5 people and one dog from drowning and 2 from fire. There's nothing like trying to save someone in full-blown panic from drowning. I learned to go under and come up behind them with my arm around the neck, heading for shore. It's much safer for both.
Incredible rescue 💞 The rescuer is fighting the wind, water and jagged rocks while staying in control of the jet ski and holding onto the person he rescued at the same time. Dangerous situation
Yeah, because these days you gotta go to jetski school first to get your jetski license. You can't just be gettin out there livin life trying shyt and bumping your head like people used to do back in the days. You gotta go to college and take classes for everything before you try it.

I think the guy floating next to them was on a surfboard. The leash/strap on his ankle and the look of something green under his legs leads me to think he was on a surfboard.
Another example of the rescuer being on there way to being in need of being rescued himself the last thing you need on a jet ski is someone on your lap who is in a panic and stands on the edge of the ski that’s going over
Akin to a drowning person trying to climb up and over you to get to air. Had that happen to me when I was younger, we both almost drown. She was scary strong.
