Hello! Just letting you know that the written pattern for the otter and this weeks' pokemon (pokemen?) will be available in a day or so. Dang paperwork! XD
I recently learned that if you move your increases to the end of the row after row 3, instead of the beginning of the row, your seam will stay straight :D
Just a tip, if you wanna take another crack at the river otter: they are significantly smaller than sea otters and generally don't actually have a lighter face, they are a single colour except usually darker feet( like raccoons and beavers do) a river otter is about the size of a house cat (sea otter is like toddler sized) with a really flat head and small ears. I -think- the reason the river otter wasn't working out is because you were trying to make it look more like the sea otter?? Just something I noticed 😊 (there are river otters in my area and I have seen them pretty close in person)
this is by far the most complex pattern i’ve tried (in my short 6 month crochet journey) but your explanations were so clear and the end result is perfect!! that curved neck part challenged me lol thank you so much for this video, i can’t believe this is a free tutorial
Your tutorials are so good. The way you highlight the patterns as you go is such a great idea. You make it possible to just listen, watch without sound, or pause and just follow the steps. It's greatly appreciated.
I just started practicing the yarn under technique. Thank you so much for sharing your techniques and your struggles. It makes me feel like I'm not the only one.
❤awww I can’t even. The otter is so cute. You always make the sweetest stuff. Question for you… could you make a Baby Murkey? It’s a creature from World of Warcraft. I have scoured the internet for one, but no luck. 😢
You seem to have a trend this year for Oddball Holiday Critters (aka critters that aren't widely associated with the holiday in question, or even any holiday at all), and I'm loving it!
i had a lot of fun making this pattern up to gift to my step mom! her birthday is around mother's day and her favorite animal happens to be the otter! how fortuitous! lol i especially enjoyed working up the little face, it felt so neat and clever. great design! thanks for sharing
Thank you again for sharing your creations Unrelated to this one is the pattern available for your giant bee I have recently been given the nick name of honey bee, as the young ones can not pronounce Aunty bean 😂 would love to make your bee as a Christmas gift for each of them ❤
I like watching you, you keep me company when I'm working or gaming... BUT... I loathe the Tedious repetitive background music. The same 8 bars over and over for an hour is maddening. The moments when you cut if out are sheer BLISS!

Engaging with the algorithm to encourage you to continue to create content for me, please and thank you! 💜

I'm making one for my mom and it's turning out really well!! Just wondering if you're going to do a father's day crochet as well

The otter is so cute.
Also for the longest time I thought your name was Thursday. 😅
Otters are my mom's favourite animal! Couldn't be a more perfect pattern. Thank you!
Oooo I'm so excited to make one omg!

Me gustó hacerlo, pero el mío parece que tiene rabia 😂
Saludos desde Argentina.
As soon as I saw "otter" I just clicked because my friend from high school absolutely loves otters.
Well, I now know what I'm marking mum for mother's day next year!
Hello, great job on your channel. Was wondering which yarn brand you use? Love the palette!
Error in written pattern shown on screen. Line 12 stitch count should be 31.

10000% agree. thanks so much for putting that extra work in
I'm so excited to make the otter, probably for my mom because she loves otters!
Great tutorial! Thank you!
I'm thinking about doubling the pattern for this, what should I do to avoid stitch drift? Thinking about the tail mainly.
Just adjust at the row I talk about in the video, with the increases! As long as they point off to the right, your tail will be fine!

So glad to be first ❤
This is so perfect for mother's day! I can't wait to make it!
My mom’s favorite animal is an otter!! Thank you for this!
❤Der ist ja so süß ❤
Apparently i found books on Amazon where you can KNIT stuff animals rather than crochet them, if you can make one of those that will be terrific!
This is amazing! My cousin is getting into crochet and loves otters so I sent this to her right away. (Still hoping you’ll do the tardigrade though!)
Great pattern as always I’ve been watching your live streams too so fun! I’m making my mom the hatching dragon baby for Mother’s Day ❤
