Oooh this is fabulous! He had such a voice! You’d be too young to remember the tv show The Don Lane Show, filmed in Melbourne, when Bert Newton would do impersonations, he did a great Demis Roussos impersonation and one night, unbeknown to Bert, Demis was there and came out to join him. Bert was mortified but Demis was so funny. My best friend’s parents were in the audience that night. Great moments. He had such an eventful life! And that voice. Forever and Ever was so beautiful. I remember watching The Don Lane show growing up, the good old days! Same with the Paul Hogan Show with Strop and Delvene 🥰 I think Demis Roussos was fond of Australia as he came here often in the late 70's through to 80's 😊 Thanks as always for your kind words and for watching Deidre 😁 Hope you are feeling better 🤗💕
@@HarmonyHeartsLifestyle-ul5yv thankfully yes I am! I’ve got so much medication I rattle, but it’s so good to feel human again. Demis was a lovely person, such a talent. I’m glad he worked with Nana Mouskouri too, a bit of a no brainer there. Wonderful singers. Thank you!🤗
How sad that he would succumb to such illnes. His voice will be irreplaceable, unless one of his descendents inherits his mesmerizing voice. His son bears a resemblance of his father. Who knows one day.... Always loved, RIP Demis - sing to God in Heaven with your angelic voice❤
