Time for AC24. Bring on the new Performage support, Fujiwara’s Clear deck, Singularity Fiend and even the new Allure Queen support of all things. Although a few days past its release, still a good time to commemorate those cards with a vid showing their debut appearances like last year’s set.
More goods spell and traps for cyberse anime nice. Having the deck, even with anime ratio, the 2 Firewall (normal + darkfluid), the ritual, fusion, synchro and XYZ monster, it is a very nice deck to play and stupidly strong compare to anime standards, easy extra link with lot of protections and beaters in 2-3 turns
Question for everyone, which cards anime cards released in this do you see getting played in the real game and MD and which one’s that although be more akin to casual play and to please anime fans are you happy got printed anyway? Earthbound Servants have great chance for both competitive and casual especially with the limitless potential that Harmonic Synchro Fusion has outside Earthbounds. Transaction Rollback looks great for decks like Dinomorphia and Labyrinth with its LP cost and copying trap effects in both graveyard’s. Drastic Draw I love because I’m a Cyberse and Playmaker fan. C’mon, it’s a draw 3 with him in the artwork. How cool is that? Bonfire gives Pyros and Volcanics a great rota. Now that all the Ancient Treasure cards are released (except Spirit Mask for now), will we see them used as an actual standalone deck or just individual cards used in rock decks. Still, nice to see them be welcomed to the real game set by set. Next year we might see Spirit Mask with a buffed effect to complete the series. Speaking of next year’s set, I hope it won’t be 50% reprints cause that’s what stopped it from being even better. 5-10 reprints would be fine but when you’re introducing new cards from the anime along and half the set contains reprints, that’s an issue. Imagine what else we could’ve gotten this year.
Colorless can actually see some play in Dark World decks by using King of the Swamp to replace Reign-Beaux (or Grapha for the other fusion). Their new fusion spell doesn't care about the materials, just what you're attempting to summon. Of course, this is going to be for more casual games in the TCG, what with MD banning King of the Swamp, sadly.
Did you know, in the manga we get to see there’s far more nuance to subtypes, such as Illusionist vs Magician. There’s a reason I view Duelist Kingdom as Card Game D&D.
Why haven’t we gotten those? Cause if it’s because “It makes the game unbalanced”, I invite them to look at TrapTrix, Kashtira, Labyrinth, and more. So yeah, where’s Odd-Eyes Gates?
I have a hunch that Geo Gremlina could be in Age of Overlord. Why? 1. Dark Corridor was released in the previous set, Duelist Nexus making it the first time since Eternity Code that an anime only card debuts in a core booster set. Therefore, we might see this a future core booster’s release 1 or 2 anime cards including Gremlina and more. 2. Since the Animation Chronicle cards weren’t released in this year’s Battle of Legends back and that there are 9 cards overall printed in the archetype so far, those could be released in Duelist Nexus or Age of Overlord as the OCG imports. If Gremlina would be printed in the later, it makes sense for all the Servants to come to the TCG in the same pack. All of this is speculation but I hope we get it soon and the rest of Sergey’s Earthbound support cards in the distant future.
@@bladersmosh actually I am pretty sure we are gonna get a battles of legends to import the animation chronicle cards in like december or so as always. this june's battles of legends was just an opportunity for tcg konami to import all the premium pack cards (aka manga pack) from the ocg from the past few years.
I know. It would’ve made the card better for competitive Code Talker players. I would still play it because it gives your Cyberse Links protection from card effects which can help if the opponent has problematic cards like Raigeki, Lightning Storm, Destroyer Phoenix Enforcer etc. I really wish the GY effect applied to when your opponent attacks as well. So much for Vrains fans wanting to recreate the final turn of Playmaker vs Ai.

@@SuperPlacido1 because I recorded the Quattro clips some years ago where I had a website to watch zexal subbed. it got deleted somehow. so for some time, I had nothing to watch zexal subbed, until I recently found something like a month ago hence why I could do Alito clips.

Zexal feels like the red headed step child of the franchise, since there was no real attempts to make official subs.
The great thing about the Zexal Dub is that it didn’t suffer the same fate as GX or 5Ds where the final season was never dubbed.
