Having good support from those close to you is one of the best things in the world! Your boyfriend is great for taking care of you when you needed to sleep and your mum taking you to the sea, vitamin sea, for much needed time away from everything and good waves. Maybe a mix of the good vibes, more sleep, good food and salt make your immune system do better with the wound? Salt on skin does reduce some bacteria that could slow down the healing process. EDIT: I'm so glad your healing process and experience with TSW is going to be in a magazine for more people to know about it and eczema.

It takes a lot of courage to share your journey with the world. Your confidence is absolutely incredible! I'm still undergoing tsw right now, but I started Dupixent three months ago, and I would say I'm 80% better. Dr. Peter Lio, dermatologist at Northwestern University has published a paper called "Dupilumab in the management of topical corticosteroid withdrawal in atopic dermatitis: A retrospective case series" in 2018. I think it could significantly help you deal with the symptoms and lessen the suffering. It stopped my oozing in one week. If you can get the treatment covered by insurance, I would definitely recommend it.

Remi, I came across this video somehow and felt compelled to ask if you have tried fasting (not just soup) to assist with healing your condition? I suffer from an auto immune disease and I have removed gluten as well, but fasting is known to have remarkable healing properties internally and has helped me in many ways. Whatever is triggering your skin is clearly internal - inflammation response? The topicals will help the outside of your skin, but it’s the inside that is creating the response. Also, have you ever heard of Dr Berg? I educate myself a lot with his videos here on you tube - along with seeing my physicians to help me trouble shoot my condition. Sending you strength 💜 best in your journey

I am fighting eczema too. However, TSW didn’t work for me it is so tough and I got fungus infection too. Beside, if you doing NMT I recommend staying at home because you can easily get fungus infection.
I started trying different moisturizer like Cerave. My skin get a lot better. I stoped my methotrexate eat clean and avoid all lectin veges.
I think healing eczema is a very long journey. I would recommend start moisturizing and eat clean. Avoid food like soy, bean, lectin, gluten, dairy and eat super clean. Maybe you can also read the book “The Plant Paradox”
You can still enjoy life while fighting eczema. Do let me know if the book help. Thanks hope you have a nice day.
