Ethan Davis Not really. It’s the side she herself refuses to show. She doesn’t like to boast about her charity work and she does a lot of it undercover & anonymously. But hospital staff and charity foundations have come out to say miley visited and donated and spent time with under privileged people.. but miley won’t publicly acknowledge that cause it’s a personal matter for her.

I like that Miley doesn't brag about her charity work and what she does to help others because it shows she's actually passionate and doesn't need to boast about it 24/7 for a "good image"
People really go and hate on her and keep bully her but in fact, Miley Cyrus is the kindest celebrity out there.
I think people do that because of what Miley was like during her bangerz era in 2013 and she's a little too out there for some people but that's just my opinion
