- The plaintiff claims she was overcharged at the defendant’s nail salon. She also alleges that the salon cut her finger, which resulted in her losing out on modeling jobs. The plaintiff is suing for pain, suffering, and loss of work. The defendant says the plaintiff was completely satisfied with her nails when she left the salon and believes this is a case of harassment.

To sue for missed casting calls anyway is WILD because you don't get paid anything for going to a casting call. You'd have to be able to prove, not that she missed the casting calls, but that if she'd gone to the casting call, she would have for sure gotten the job. And if she would have for sure have gotten the job if she'd gone, than you're an idiot for not going simply because you got a papercut on your finger.

Modeling pay depends on the job and the client or brand you are working for. Sometimes, if you work for a modeling agency, the agency keeps most of the money and they give you a percentage or a pre set amount. This girl was lying. She had a casting call. Which is just an interview for actors and models.
She received texts for jobs and ignored the texts. The they tried to blame the salon. These two fools evidently had some big plan for the money they didn't win and JM ruined thier lives lol

I've never been to a single salon where I can get gel nails for less than $30. As it is, acrylics usually cost $20-25 and gels are typically $10-15 MORE than that, base.
But you forget to include reparations.

There should be a way to charge people for frivolous suits. The judge should be able to apply that penalty. This was 100% a money grab. The mother was 100% complicit.
