This is one of those cases that starts to hurt my brain after a while because both of them are full of crap. The defendant seems worse because every time she was asked about something, she would try to deflect about how all the issues were his fault. You got married while living with your ex and didn't tell him? And all of a sudden when the judge asks why you kept coming back to the house you claim his son was scared of him?

She might of owned part of the. House but her name wasn’t on the mortgage note from the bank. So she technically didn’t have to pay anything. You must of not heard of Traditional marriage/relationships where the men pay for household and pay all the bills while the women cooks cleans and raises the child

The judge couldn't see his point. He was taking pictures of her because she said she moved out but was still in the property. Why couldn't the judge see that? She was acting as though she only said she moved out in July in December so he wouldn't have suspected she moved out earlier. I think she should have had more responsibility for the bills as she seemed to come and go when she felt like it.
