@lancemoore1332...I know right?!?. Somebody seriously dropped the Ball on that. Long story short.... I was doing 75 miles an hour on a four-lane highway 2 lanes going north and 2 going south.... construction on both sides... Speedometer going crazy... numbers on the speedometer going up and down...low to high...I had to cut across two lanes skidded into a gas station...Pissed off a lot of drivers... scared the people at the pump... slammed on the brakes.. threw the car in Park before I came to a complete dead stop. Turned out the battery was on its way out... Didn't know that because the battery light never came on..... Sorry...this turned out to be a long story....Where did I finally find the battery???... Near the driver's side wheel base of my car...SMH😠😡
The first journeys came with a compartment above the glove box to keep soda or water cool via the air-conditioning some still have coolers in the floor board in the middle row.
Going outside to check mine but I don’t think it has it I have a 2019. I would have noticed it by now. I have the secret hidden boxes under the back floor mats!!!
Do you have the 4 cylinder or V6? I'm just asking because I'm thinking of buying one, but it's the 4 cylinder, and Idk if it's worth it. I hear the 4's are terrible when it comes to acceleration, taking forever to get up to speed.
@@bluntman71589 with the battery placement in front of the tire I'd avoid both. It's a pain in the ass. Need to get the battery replaced and dont have the know how of removing the bumper and tire to gain access.
Not true. I have a 2010 it doesn’t have the seats only the secret under the back seat mats!! It depends on the year. Also mine fully loaded and leather
im sure cops have found enough drug dealers driving around in these to figure out these silly little compartments. my ten year old ass found them quickly after my mom bought one 11 years ago.
That's the 2.4L naturally aspirated 4 cylinder version that came with the 4 speed auto. The 2.4 was Dodges old cheap work horse engine. It lasts forever and they put it in everything. They never bothered updating it or the transmission, since again, it worked fine, and it was meant to be the cheapest option. It just works.
they knew the owners of these things could not afford a car seat for their children because they spend all their money on cigarettes and lottery tickets.
My interior sucks indeed. But I you drive "auto-stick" which you chose gear by gear as if you were driving manual. They very fun to drive I do power slides and burnouts on my BASE level 4 cylinder Journey. Literally the cheapest model and very basic engine and general specifications. I have never driven chargers or Durango or anything other than a journey from dodge. It is a little impressive.
@@vassilyknigge850 true. I have a 2014 and that thing went from 65 mph on the freeway to 0 mph in less than 10 seconds. We almost got killed. Transmission stalled and there were NO WARNING SIGNS!
