- Тест на лучшую атмосферность (освещение, тона, сочность, отражения, контрастность).
Среди многих версий SkyGFX лидируют 2 пакета. Это SkyGFX v.2.7a vs SkyGFX v.4.0

______________________________________________
PS2_Atmosphere от 11.11.22 (на основе "SkyGfx_Extended _v1.6")
______________________________________________
Juicy timecycle, clearer "Mobile_details" textures (look at sand, grass, tree bark), super reflections on vehicles with glare from light sources, enabled "stochasticTexturing" when joints on textures are not visible. And perhaps something else.

the only graphics mod that actually respects the original game art direction. Other 'remaster' or 'hd' graphics mod looks like shit and tramples the original aesthetic of the game.
Not really, there are different renderhook shade presets which look just like this and even add real-time shadows
@@SardonicJosh nah, I tried all of them and they're usually looks good only in certain time or weather condition, but most of the time it will looks like trash again. Real time shadow is glitchy as hell too. Each to their own.
@@SardonicJosh renderhook, reshade, enb all are suck when it comes to San Andreas, Vice City and GTA 3.. SkyGFX is the only graphics mod which give San Andreas PC version an extraordinary look and cool realistic atmosphere
Fun fact: The orange atmosphere was used to cover the low draw distance in the game to avoid mass frame drop.
@boombasic RIGHT? I see most people do that, for some reason, even though I understand what they really mean is something else. Because the Xbox version has the EXACT same fog and no one seems to care. "The PS2 is orange because it had problems with the draw distance" is a well-known argument, when talking about the Xbox version versus the PlayStation 2, as if the Xbox version didn't have the exact same draw distance despite not being "orange", you know? xD
@@NaldinhoGXorange haze in the PS2 version was to take advantage of the graphics synthesizer and the EE. The took it off the PC port probably to avoid additional load on the CPU/GPU. The reason why Xbox doesn't have it either was because it's was just a slightly polished version of the PC version. So, orange haze was actually an enhancement for the PS2 and not really to hide the poor draw distance as it was on par with the Xbox version.
@@maniac4658True, and not just orange, they're was a variety of tones, resemblance of the 90s movies the game's based of
That nasty Orange glow brings back good memoirs
How do you still have pc shadows after installing sky gfx
I am using the Shadows v.2.1.2 mod by DK
Download: clck.ru/32eN5V
@@kustodiy1 thanks alot
it's in the skygfx.ini file, configure it there
Why does 2.7a (which I presume is the one on the left) look better than the newest version?
Yes, he is on the left. Good question, but I don't know the answer.
it doesnt
I assume it's actually a bug. Keep in mind, skygfx isn't to improve graphics, it's to look more like the PS2 release of GTA SA.
Darker Lighting probs.
what is that shadow mod?, let me see the configuration pls man.

Added to description.
@@kustodiy1 Nice dude!
@@kustodiy1 Thank´s a lot yo
SkyGFX v4.0 is balls lmao but you can still change the settings tho
Its heavy on weak computer though
@@ryhanzfx1641 yeah
So what is the difference here ? because i see none. also sky gfx does not replicate ps2 graphics that accurately, mostly during day time the colors are too yellow and not orange enough.
I'm comparing 2 versions of the same mod, which best and most accurately shows the colors, lighting and atmosphere of PS2.
This does not mean at all that he is obliged to reproduce everything identically.
If you don’t see the difference here, this is a problem of your personal perception.
@@kustodiy1 i see the never version has brighter lighting in your video but anyways a newer version is allways better than the old one which has tons of fixes etc.
Can you help me dude? why the shadow on my CJ not look like yours on this SKYGFX 4.0?, i use the 4.2b version in my GTA they look like separete objets aint look like yours. :( damn, the cj shadow on my GTA looks low than yours. Thanks 4 shure.
Sorry for the long absence of a reply. Got sick.
In mod settings, "shadows.ini" should be set to "Blur Level=0"

What about skygfx 4.2a vs 2.7a
skygfx 4.2a will lose
weather mods?
This mod recreates the atmosphere of PS2
@@kustodiy1 yes but what skybox mod did you use
Skybox is not used in this test, the timecycle is from the original. Any skybox spoils the sun exposure and the beautiful effect will be lost. And also, the effect of sunlight will spoil the drawing distance over 600-700 meters.
@@XChristmasManX Skybox is not used
Still not looks good as ps2 version. The blurryness on ps2 was good with game and implementation with atmosphere which gives good experience of gaming. That is missing on pc

People really think the game looked better on the PS2?
more nostalgic, and it just looks cooler
I think it's more nostalgia than anything. I've never played the PS2 version and to me it just looks like it's covered in urine. And not just 'cause of the color, it's even distorted to that effect.
Give me the crispy PC graphics over this any day. Maybe add the Xbox' cubemaps to it while we're at it.
It's way better than original and I've been playing this game for almost 15 years
@@gnrtx-36969 I've been playing it for 20, what's your point?
@@No-vq1iv well weird of you to think pc graphics are better
Because most of them prefer ps2 one
