    This product is amazing! Used it for the first time and thick hard plaque became loose and just came off. Can't wait to use this regularly to see improvements in my gum health.

      How is it. Do I buy this model? Or a cordless one? It’s just soooo bulky to always take in and out of my bathroom that’s all and it looks ugly standing there lol

    I use the waterpik flosser to not only floss my teeth but i also spray into my belly button to keep it clean you will be amazed by the good job keeping the belly botton clean

    My twin brother and I got both of these from our mom for Christmas. To help our teeth to stay a bit more white. Hopefully when I'll use it. I can try it out to see how it works

      I disagree with the last part. You may have washed off all the debris all around, you’ll still have some potential bacteria and their biofilms that simply won’t get removed from water and mouthwash. However, you can wipe them out through flossing. :)

      Always tape/string floss. Use the waterpik as a complement so you can clean your teeth effectively

    Why is my water Flosser making a louder noise when I turn on high pressure. Like before it wasn’t as loud as when I use it now, it’s gotten extremely loud. The only time my water Flosser makes a normal noise is when I have it at pressure 2 and 1, any above that number is very loud.

      Same here I think it’s normal though. I asked all my friends if theirs did the same and they said yes. I guess it’s just louder because of more pressure

      It’s called logic, if you want more pressure, that equals power. More power usually makes it more shaky, so it’s completely normal.

    Do I ever increase the pressure or just keep it at 2? This video does not address pressure increases and I would love to know that scoop, please...

      Hi Susan - We recommend that you start out on the lowest pressure setting that is most comfortable for you. You can adjust the pressure gradually as your gums become stronger.

    Mine stopped charging. Taking the reservoir out rinsing, soaking with white vinegar fixed it. They have a 2 years factory warranty. My hearing aid doctor told me to use this to clear wax from my ear so I could have a valid hearing test. Aimed at the canal not the eardrum

    Is the cordless as powerful?

      Hi Peter - The pressure on our cordless models range from 45-75 PSI. Although the pressure is not as high as our counter top models, it does not make it any less effective.

    I just purchased mine, and I wanted to know if it's normal for the water tank to drip from the bottom when I remove it from the base and fill it with water to prepare for use. I'm not sure if mine is defective or if it's supposed to have a water lock feature to keep the tank from dripping on my sink. Thank you.

    For the plaque seeker do you need to put it at an angle when cleaning a crown?

      Always place it horizontally no matter the pik. Pressure should go straight between the teeth, never upwards or downwards. Hope this helps.

      Water flossing can be done before or after toothbrushing. It's your personal preference.

      Try this method : water pick: super small amount of toothpaste for tooth brush : brush: rinse. Water pick again throughly : final: a regular mouth wash with toothpaste and toothbrush

    Hi .when I use mine the water from the pressure drips down towards the cable. Is the unit water proof? And if no how can I stop this from happening thanks .

      Hi bo Dunny - We're sorry that you are having this difficulty. Keep in mind that the Ultra model is water-resistant, not waterproof. There is definitely a trick to it. We have found the best advice we can give is to place the flosser in your mouth before turning it on, then make sure you look down into your sink as you go; keep your mouth slightly open so water can drain into the sink.

    Is it normal for the water flosser to fire the jet intermittently, mine is almost a consistent jet stream but it feels like theres a very slight time gap between the jets, is this normal?

      The product is designed to continuously pulsate. The pulsation is what makes the product so effective. This model puts out up to 1,400 pulses per minute.

    I bought one via Amazon. At first usage, water is leaking towards the cable. The device is new! Can it be fixed?

To engage the jet tip, press the jet tip into the center of the handle, pressing down until the jet tip clicks into place.     Brand new Waterpik WF10... Disillusioned: Very painful to use, lots of bleeding when using on 'soft' (far too strong!), worried wobbly tooth will be come even loser. It is definitely not gentle on the gums...blood all over.. afraid cannot use this ;(

      We are sorry you're having this issue. New units do need to be primed before first use. To prime the unit: Point the tip into the sink. Ensure the reservoir is firmly engaged with the base. Power on the unit and rotate the pressure knob repeatedly between high and low while compressing/decompressing the reservoir valve until water flows.       There is definitely a trick to it. We have found the best advice we can give is to place the flosser in your mouth prior to turning it on, then make sure you look down into your sink as you go; keep your mouth slightly open so water can drain into the sink.

      Priming the unit is necessary for first time use only. To prime, you will need to set the pressure control dial on the base to high (number 10), then point the handle and tip into the sink. Turn the power and water on until water flows from the tip.

      We do not recommend our water flosser products be used for removing tonsil stones. It is designed to be used along the gum-line and in between teeth. This product is capable of producing pressures that may cause serious damage to this and other delicate areas.

    Waterpik is a horrible brand, I had two, all just used less than one year, then it has problems, and waterpik service is really horrible! Very rude,Never buy waterpik again

    I need to See to make sure I’m getting every tooth properly, and you CANT without getting water all over the bathroom. This thing absolutely sucks. No one blindly flosses their teeth with string floss, so how do you expect me to blindly floss with water. Fail.

      Hello Amber - We're sorry you are having difficulty using the product. There is a bit of a learning curve for new users. However, with practice you will learn to do it by feel. It just takes some time getting used to.

      You don’t need to “see” yourself in the mirror to FEEL your gum line. Just move the flosser gradually from tooth to tooth and you should be fine. Practice makes perfect. @amberray

      Start on the low setting first. Use the brush head and move it along your gum line. You will soon get a feel for it. It's so powerful it could shift cement 🤣so you really dont need to see what your doing. It's a fantastic tool once you get the hang of it.
