Searched for paper jam but completely forgot there was a door in the back. The printer's onscreen display was misleading. Had it showed a door in the back, I would have found the problem weeks ago! Was considering buying a new printer as it is very old but has always worked so well. Needless to say, this video was VERY helpful!
