An off site hotel, one of Disneyland Paris' version of a "good neighbor" hotel, was my solution to not being able to easily book an on-site split stay. Getting here from the train station was super easy and it was definitely comfortable enough for one night. I don't think I would base a longer DLP trip from this hotel, but it's great for arrival or departure day if you want to save some money and not pay for a DLP hotel!
For the price we paid I was honestly pretty shocked, in the good way, how fancy it felt! Robes/slippers at that price? Maybe this is a French or European thing... that would never happen in the US haha
@@PixieDustPhD haha yeah I agree! Right? I love those robes and slippers too! So cozy! Definitely a great place to keep an eye out for a trip to France!!
This is the hotel we stayed for our DLP/Paris portion of our trip. I think you had the same room as my kids. I was next door but not connecting to each other. We liked it enough. We stayed 4 nights.
Oh nice! Four nights might've been rough for me haha. I have so many joint issues and me and this mattress were not agreeing, but other than the mattress I really enjoyed the room/property. Glad it worked out for you too!!
This is a really nice hotel! What did you think of the stationary panel of glass that served as your shower door? Isn't that strange? That's the way it's done all over France. Those people must not move an inch when they bathe. Glad you had a good stay. Looking forward to your move to your DLP hotels.
This bathroom glass wall thing wasn't too bad actually! I think staying in Paris proper first really softened the blow cause everything about this room felt giant. The shower/tub with the glass wall thing (though it did swing out) in our Paris hotel was sooooo narrow and like I'm not gonna complain, it was bigger than a cruise ship, but you could tell space is a premium haha. I also found square pillows (instead of rectangular) for sleeping to be a fun cultural difference.
@@nycp1969 Ok so I wasn't sure if this was a general France thing or just the places we happened to stay. The Marvel hotel ones were probably the worst imo! lol. But I buy extra plush, extra large ("bath sheets" instead of towels) for my home, so I always know when I travel I won't like the towels. I guess I'm very American in that way! lol

That is a nice looking hotel. It looks like you have a great time at DLP. LIKE 12. 👍👍👍👍
Ya, I was surprised how nice it was for the price to be honest!
This looks really elegant and fabulous!!!!
