I run nights myself. Pretty much covered everything. One thing about nights I love is you can jam to your tunes alllll night without worrying about getting a phone call at the best parts 😂
I to be honest love watching your long videos, it's just fun to watch and you telling me about the informations about trucking but if you are struggle to make long video, dont force it but yeah I love your long videos
Sometimes you can deactivate the LED-ramps and extra lights with a switch/button so that only the headlight highbeams turns on with the lever. Really useful in heavy snowfall or with blinding roadsigns. Keep 'em comin 👊

Happy New year Alex ! I like to drive by night, I m lorry driver in France working with refrigerated unit. It is more comfortable for us to work. For me video between 20-30mn are perfect , and for you it takes less time to edit. Bye
Hello Alex .. First of all, I wish you all the best for this new year and I also wish you to spend a good time in US ( do you do a road trip or do you stay at the same place ?) ...such a shame that mean no way to look at your videos for several , that's life. About the night drive ? I also drive most of the time by night on my job ( fruits and veg transport) and how good it is crossing f*** Paris without queues ! Take care mate and stay safe . Greatings from Brittany.
Hey! Thank you and the same to you! I live in tampa, Florida, and im mostly here for now. I’d love to experience paris by night ! Sounds amazing! Drive safe!
I have a full time career and with the european working time directive dont think I will be getting behind the wheel anytime soon. @@truckingwithtidstrom
Worked nights as well. As long as it's just work work work, it's fine, but coming up on a weekend, if you have every weekend off, I'd much prefer a 4 day work week, as adjusting back and forth to daytime takes a little. It can of course be adjusted in different ways, like 9 days on, 5 off or such, but I believe you might run into trouble on your runtime then, so maybe not. A regular 5 day workweek on nightshift just sucks. Friday is gone, at least half, and Sunday is just all about getting back to work Besides that there's an increased risk of certain types of cancer doing the nightshift. Been on one with yearly medical checks. ...and then the daytime sleepyness... I mean... I love driving at night too, with the empty roads, easy to spot other cars etc., but if I had to run like that, I'd need a guarantee to be in the sack by 6. Once I hit that, everything just slows down to snails pace. It's weird how you can work all through the night, and then once the sun comes out and the daytime hustle and bustle starts, the air just fizzles out. And morning traffic... please no! Rather be starting earlier then. Opposite from a day job 😂😂😂 ...I hate morning traffic regardless of which end of the day it is! 😂😂
Cons: Mental health suffer. Physical health suffer. Social activity suffer. Less safe (because of tiredness). Pros: Often more calm. Time for your own thoughts (could be a con too 😁) When driving, in general nice because of less traffic... ...and easy to the eyes with good headlights - no sun blinding and stuff like that.
Hi! I am planning to build a Scania 6x2 rigid model and I can see that this 9370 Scania looks nice to me in terms of proportions, so could you be so kind as to tell me what the wheelbase is on the 9370 SCANIA rigid? Thank you.
length 9830mm, height 4430mm, width 2.6m. Rear overhang 2510mm, front 1220mm. 4750mm from first to second axle, +1350 to third axle. These numbers come straight from the registration.
Are you Swedish or American? i mean, obviously i can see your last name, and the way you pronouns Swedish cities. But you also say stuff like "interstate" and almost slips up on mp/h instead of Km/H :)
Alex seen you few times using a Google maps as sat nav for your truck ...are u not afraid of getting stuck at some point ?Google maps is not reliable source of map

How are you an American truck driving in Sweden? Also how is it like driving a Ram 1500 there?
I’m swedish born & raised
@ That’s awesome, I didn’t hear an accent at all.
Been in the US since little, might be a reason 😄
Ram 1500 is a small truck but big for being in sweden unfortunately
