About the album:
Years of musical knowledge and understanding had passed between Angus and Malcolm Young by the time High Voltage announced the arrival of a new Australian take on rock. With Bon Scott on board, this 1976 American release reduced rock 'n' roll down to rhythm, riffs, and raunch.

This is Argentina ...... we love rock 🤘
i have seen this video of theirs like 1000s of times and i STILL get goose bumps, watching that crowd :)
This clip absolutely shows what what 'Rocking' is, both the band and the crowd are rockin out. It just doesn't get any better imho.
Saw AC/DC in our high school hall during a lunchtime concert in the early 70s....yep, I'm that old!!!
The whole concert was the BEST!!!!!
this is the greatest concert ever the band and the crowd are absolutely awesome and full on the whole show it never lets up its incredible. the band fed off this crowd the whole show
Man-oh-man, AC DC sure has grown on me. I mean they were always in the background and growing up, always on the radio etcetera and I never disliked them outright... It just was something you kind of took for granted but it wasn't until I really saw that Canadian concert for SARS that was held in Toronto that ACDC played with the Rolling Stones and Rush... (There's a weird-ass lineup if you've ever heard one, ) that I actually truly appreciated just how brilliantly crafted for Arenas and all-around Good Times there music actually is. And I maintain the Centerstone of it all was Malcolm Young with his just amazingly characteristic rhythm guitar playing that seems so effortless. It's a real shame that sickness took him the way it did. But we have documents like this amazing show to look back on. Anyway, great to see you guys this morning cheers. PS Celtic Frost.
Not that any one cares, but tuning in refers to selecting the frequency. It was originally applied to radio (gasp). When tv came along, you tuned the television to the correct frequency. Now, I suspect tuning in just refers to selecting something in general. Timothy Leary wanted us to tune in, turn on and dropout. I am pretty sure he was not talking about selecting the frequency.
Fun fact! :)
Is there anything more frustrating than trying to tune into a station, especially FM, and not quite getting it? A bit of off-centre echo, a bit of white noise .... aaaaargh. Used to work at an FM radio station, so my ear is finely tuned and even now, the slightest hiss of an out-of-tune station drives me bonkers!
@@choos6919 It gets even more frustrating when you're stuck with a digitally operated tuner and you just can't finesse it to the right spot.
ARGENTINA, PAPA! el mejor publico del mundo, lejos
He is 54 years old he's the best
That crowd reminds me of the speaker cone. For the young 'uns who don't know what I mean, either check out a video on here or look for the biggest speakers in your parent's home and take the mesh cover off and play some music.
True legends and this consert is awesome 🤟
This whole concert is lit 🔥. Much love to you and your family 💕Brandi Modrak 💕P.S RIP 🙏 Malcolm Young 🙏💔 never forgotten 🙏.
No phones to be seen, just taking in the show they paid to see "live". Try it sometime kids & enjoy the experience.
Cheers
Asi somos los Argentinos de apasionados, por eso todas las bandas del mundo aman a nuestro publico ☺
Hi Guys, AC/DC formed in Sydney, Australia, in 1973, they're still going strong today in 2022 in their 60s and 70s, sadly minus rhythm guitarist Malcolm Young, who sadly passed away in November 2017 🙏 🙏
The current rhythm guitarist is Stevie Young, who is the nephew of lead guitarist Angus Young and late rhythm guitarist Malcolm Young 😀😀
The current line up is :
Brian Johnson, 74, on vocals
Cliff Williams, 72, on bass guitar
Stevie Young, 65, on rhythm guitar
Phil Rudd, 68, on drums
Angus Young, 67, on lead guitar
( He's in the schoolboy outfit)
RIP, Malcolm Young, 1953 - 2017 🙏 🙏
RIP, Bon Scott, 1946 - 1980 🙏 🙏
Pretty sure the words "I'm dirty and mean and mighty unclean" were taken from the lyrics of *Louie the Fly* - an old Australian Mortein fly-spray commercial. The ad was prolific about the time this song was written.
Yeeessss. Great. One thing though, the vocals could not possibly be "straight off the album" as this is a Bon Scott original, sung on the TNT album. Loved it though. You guys are great.
Agree totally, Bon’s version is much better than the new guy
they're saying oi they're in australia
I am so sorry for you guys - in the nicest possible way :) That you missed the time in rock when it was not controlled by 'Worlds best nextbody' . The history of music is so rich from generation to generation. I have so much respect for you in that you are looking back at some of the best bands and music that came from an era full of great music.
Myan they r acdc not a justin edshreen …2009 concert and nowadays i found many reactions of this concert with different channel …keep on listening rock n roll 🤘
How many people were at the AC DC concert in 2009 at River Plate? 200,000 fans An AC/DC concert from Buenos Aires in December 2009 when nearly 200,000 fans, over 3 sold-out nights, thunderously welcomed them back after a 13-year absence from Argentina.
Always love when the Fremantle Dockers win a game at home and they play the original in celebration. The one sung by original lead singer Bon Scott who came from Fremantle. It just adds to the rockin buzz, particularly this year with so many wins 😆
I love it too Mark. Iconic. I also love the fact we are hearing it much, much more often lately.
And the statue.
Isn't only Suzy the female one in the band?
Good when they speed up
Guys, you should react to "Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap" from the same show, you won't believe the crowd's participation.
Show them here in Athens-Greece during the same tour, on 28th May 2009 at Olympic Stadium. We were over 70,000 people there and we all lived an once in a lifetime experience.
Many greetings, keep on rocking!!!
Argentinian crowd!!! Best ever!!!
We jump like 2 hours that Day 😂
Not many see that when they shoot camera from far back the camera stand is actually fkn shaking as the crowd jumps. You can see it in several songs from this crazy live. 🤯🤯
You need to see highway to hell from the same concert
Angus redefines the term senior citizen!!! Bang on!!😎
The whole concert is insane. You should watch Whole Lotta Rosie.
Here is a list that you should try (in any order):
-Let There be Rock - official video or Live at Apollo Theatre - (with Bon)
-Whole Lotta Rosie (Live at River Plate) - (With Brian)
-Riff Raff Live at Apollo Theatre - (with Bon)
- The Jack Live at River Plate - (with Brian)
- Its a Long Way to The Top (If you wanna Rock n Roll) - (with Bon)
- Thunderstruck - Live at River Plate or Donington - (with Brian)
-For Thouse About to Rock - Live at River Plate (is The Last song from the concert)
Dog eat dog at Apollo theatre is just pure Bon
When Angus plays the guitar, it is sometimes one handed.
This song came out 1976 it was heavier back then , a bit tonned down in 2009
Please 🙏 reacts to local band from argentina 'jijiji-indio en concierto'. Best crowd ever in the world
Angus playing one handed its called talent.
how about playing with your teeth ala hendrix?
@@jamessollazzo4860 yes that's talent as well why do you think Jimi is considered the greatest guitarist of all time.
Argentina, the best!!!🇦🇷🇦🇷🇦🇷🇦🇷
I'm a big ACDC fan , but don't get thrown by the huge crowd. Any band that plays at that stadium ( and I mean anyone ) the crowd is just as wild . But when River Plate ⚽ is played there , it gets 10 times more crazy. Not only am I River Plate ⚽ fan , but I was at this show , saw Eric Clapton & The Police among other bands at this 🏟️. Check out ACDC live at Donnington .
EL MEJOR PÚBLICO DEL MUNDO🇦🇷🎸
Miss Bonn’s vocals on this just not the same without his searing vocals definitely doesn’t sound anywhere near the album he does a great job but he’s no Bonn Scott!
Sapee
please reactions to Nuestro amo juega al esclavo - Indio y Los Fundamentalistas del Aire Acondicionado - Tandil 2016, 500.000 people, Best Crowd Ever
React to Whole Lotta Rosie if you like the stage...lol
Please do more ACDC
200,000 people in the audience
65k aprox. por noche
"The guitarist" don't you even know who that is?
would that ever happen at an Elvis concert?
I REALLY WISH ALL YOU NOOBS WOULD STOP REQUESTING RIVER PLATE!! Y'ALL, IT'S NOT ABOUT THE CROWD. IT'S ABOUT THE MUSIC.
OPEN YOUR MIND AND LOOK AT EARLIER VIDEOS!!
PLEASE, PLEASE, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, LOOK AT OTHER CONCERTS!!
River Plate caused earth quakes.
pretty much anything of this show is fine, but i woud toss Highway to Hell and Whole Lotta Rosie! =:D
Wrong singer . The old singer of ACDC who sang this was Bon Scott and he was much better. He died in London sadly.
These guys a bit past their prime on this but the crowd didn't mind..Massive in Brazil...
This concert was 13 years ago.
WFT ARE YOU KIDDING you need to stop smoking that funny weed
