Some assisted negatives with really heavy weights kinda works..either single arm dbell concentration curls or cheats with EZ bar.. for big biceps u need big weight
Doing Isometric holds & long eccentrics with dumbbells can work as a substitute, but if you can put up rings somewhere in your house or garden that'd be awesome!!
It’s a burnout finisher, there’s always a little more in the tank after a short rest, just like even if you’re exhausted and a bear came through your window, you’d find the energy to get up and run
@@henobani8039 I could never do them even as a strong adolescent (eg at that time, I could do 80 pushups). At age 50 I decided to try and progressively hoover up some of the things I could never do, eg sitting legs akimbo (tailor style) - which I'm still working on eighteen years later - nearly there. However pull ups were about my first success: it took a month to do the first one by gentle degrees, but two months later, I was doing ten on one breath. It remains a great way to start my day and monitor my CV fitness. (I'm prone to arteriosclerosis)
I thought he was going to keep going and going for a 25 exercise finisher 😅🤣
Love the socks.
Band snapped in my eye, call for help
You’ve two eyes, quit your yapping 🙌
@@TomMorrison Couldn't help thinking of the Black Knight in "Holy Grail" movie.
So umm
What if u can't do neither pull-ups nor any knee raises.....
Our banded lat pull down exercise would be great for you to check out!
It would be awesome if that were available.
Damn I want that shirt
It’s on our merch store at tommorrison.uk
Wow!

i want rings like that for my garden so bad omg
I’m not sure if I would be happy at finishing up and still having this much in the tank.
Don’t do it then 🙌
You look like the cooler beefier version of asmongold
Are you wise in the head? That would be my whole work out!!! 🤣
Warm up then! 💪🏼
That would be 0 sir
Really something to include in the next workout, but I don't have any rings or TRX at home. Any alteratives for home practise?
Get rings! 40€ and a Gamechanger! Highly recommended. I use them around a pull up bar for rows and other exercises.
Bands is the answer to everything. Though rings are not that hard to fit.

If you're able to do pull ups as a finisher then the work out was quite...sh*t
The idea being that if you can normally manage sets of 10+ then you’ll only be able to do 3-5 reps
@@TomMorrison is it kind of lengthened reps?

@@TomMorrison Like there's always ALWAYS room for desert after dinner?

@@TomMorrison just lowering myself down on the pullup bar until i can do 1!

@TomMorrison Somebody has lost weight. No more "chunky monkey". You are looking good.
Not really, same weight, just this was shot in the morning before I’d eaten anything 😂
@@TomMorrison Well, you look good.

Resistance band lat pull downs is a nice workaround
@@TomMorrison thnak you :)
