@@opelcorsa9398 what are you talking about?
So now you know you lost the argument you spew meaningless accusations?
Well here is a newsflash for you - the reality
Israel made the Oslo accord treaty and went out of all the “zone A” areas thinking its the end of the story. Arafat clearly stated that he will not keep his side of the treaty sending in 1996 alone more than 100 terrorists into Israel causing the death of 2000 Israelis
So i am sorry to break your bubble but there is only one side that can end this
The Israeli soldiers could have easily wiped them out but didn’t - so i suggest that before you are expressing such “knowledge” according to the what you THINK going on - check it out first with reality
And you know that from where?? From actually being here or from sitting in your safe place watching propaganda on TV and spewing ignorance in here
again you are pressing on things you know absolutely nothing about and think you are a big know it all from watching tv
Come here and talk instead of being a keyboard hero - until than your anti Israeli false propaganda is nothing by an uninformed ignorance of keyboard hero that thinks he got everything figured out from watching TV !
Again, you have the unmediated nerve to speak about things you know NOTHING about just because you SAW on it on TV and in your ignorance thinks its the reality in itself.
Oh…. I saw it in tv / read it on the internet
So it must be true…. The definition of ignorance.
Its like someone sure of how orgasm feels like just because he saw a porn movie.
again - go educate yourself before spitting that name
Its the name that the Romans gave the land of Israel to disconnect the hebrews from their land
That was WAY WAY WAY before there was any arabs that claims they are “Palestine”
Also, before 1967 there was no people claiming to be palestine OR that its their land
They claimed to be either Egyptians or Jordanians…. After 1967 loo and behold by the name people who were Egyptians suddenly became “Palestinians” …. How interesting
So when i am telling you go educate yourself before you show us your ignorance talking about something you have 0 knowledge about - its for a reason
Well i stated the facts - if you don’t want to see because it ruins your justification to be against Israel there is not much i can do
“If you dont to see no lights will help you be”
Again you are re writing history to make it fit your Anti Israel obsession and to give yourself an excuse without being branded as a hater
So here is some things you missed
      1. The Romans, yes came out with the name Palestine for this place long before they knew what arab look like.
      2. The Hebrews never left Israel - The hard core of the residents stayed here even after the Romans exiled most of the Hebrews. Again long before any arab showed his face here or knew what is one.
      3. During the ottoman holding of the country arabs started to leak from the adjacent countries here and pestered the Hebrew establishment here. Their surnames and the research of their genealogy clearly shows that their roots are from Joran, Lebanon, Syria - any place but here.
      4. The united nation voted for the division of the country to arab country and Jewish country which the Hebrew side accepted and started building a nation.
      5. The arab rejected the offer and joined forces to Finish what hitler didn’t and that - the annihilating of the Jews in in Israel
      6. They failed and the nation of Israel survived, but never left their dream to annihilate Israel by trying to claim all sorts of fairy tales used by you to justify Jew hatred and Israel hatred without being called out on it.
Those are the facts - every person with a half brain can google them out including the facts that before 1967 no arab claimed to Palestinian - they were either Egyptians or Jordanians and of course no claim for independence was made and suddenly by one night in 1967 those claims suddenly appeared… and that is something easily googled as well.

And if you want a bit more of quite place, with a beach and many transport options to Tel aviv I suggest explore Bat Yam. Not much to do, but very convenient for living. as a local who is very fiscally responsible, you need at leassst 4K a month to live here. good round up would be: don't come to Tel aviv unless you make 45-50K $ a year.
if you wanna live and be able to save you should be making 80K$+

Nice documentary! You could go more into the details, like: different neighborhoods (huge differences between the north, center and south parts), and more about cooking at home vs. eating out, and also please remember that a huge part of your budget is about kids and their education. But I agree that with 2000 - 2500 you can live in Tel Aviv and enjoy it. But there is a lot of people who make less and it's really difficult for them. Best wishes!

2000$ is an ambitious budget to live in TLV. 6700 shekels means you can cover all the basic costs if you live with roommates. Regarding your question about food at home or in restaurant, as a general rule food is expensive , I would say that in supermarket Israelis pay 30% more than Europeans. As per restaurants you need to add 12 % service so 25$ roughly for a dish without ordering a drink..

To live alone on a TLV you need about $ 2500 at least. Most apartments will cost between $ 1300 and $ 1500, the cost of the bills is between $ 150 and $ 200, the cost of food is about $ 300 if you cook at home, $ 250 if you are a vegan who cooks at home. Entertainment will cost you about $ 200 a month and more, public transportation is not reliable so in the end you will buy a car or a scooter or both. A scooter cost about $ 1000, a used car about $ 10-15K, insurance and a car license - $ 1500. And this is your basic expense if you are single. For a couple it's a bit less to pay because you share the cost of living, for a family, the cost of kindergartens is about $ 1K per month until age 3, an apartment for 3 or 4 will cost between $ 2,500 to $ 3,000.

I left Tel Aviv and went back to NYC, because I couldn't afford living there - not even in Ramat Gan or Givataiim, outskirts of Tel Aviv. In NYC I don't pay taxes, heat, water - which is common in Tel Aviv. AVERAGE salaries are the same, around $40k but comparing to NY most people can maximum earn $80k - employers pay up to 10k nis - which is considered a lot...and not everyone rich this amount, only 2% maybe. Unlike NY the top salaries are $150k... I live in upper Manhattan which is similar rent to average central Tel Aviv apartment....and in NYC I use the subway, in Tel Aviv I could even afford a car, and if I had lived in Petach Tikvah for example which is slightly cheaper - I would have had to buy a car, transportation is one of the worse in worldwide. Regarding food - expensive, but they have the best quality I've ever seen in my life, amazing and tasty dairy products, fruits and vegetables similar prices to NYC more or less, but premium level - can't compare NY to Israel's food.

Israel is expensive to live in whether you live in T.A. or not. I know because I was there all through the 90s. The salaries Israelis get paid is a total joke in comparison to the cost of living. Even if the Histadrut (the National Labour Union) famous for its nationwide paralyzing strikes makes a slight gain in workers salaries, say 2-3% everything else in the country will go up in price the following day by 10% or more.
