I think this format of video is really nice and it's not too fast
I do like this video format for your traditional art! I like hearing your thought process, the materials you're using, etc. and seeing the painting coming together sped-up. If you wanted to add real-time snippets inbetween that would be nice!
If you ever did real-time traditional art, I kind of like minimal talking (why you used that color, your thought process, etc.) instead of complete silence.
I love that you can just do everything art related. Digital, gauche, watercolor, colored pencils, etc. once again, love your work :))

As for your question, I personally prefer the real time snippets, just because I'm trying to learn as I observe how you paint and real time makes it easier to catch the details of the process. normally I try to draw along while watching these videos and look up every now and then but this one was so pretty and mesmerizing i had to watch it all come together! 🥰 forget me nots are such a lovely little flower and i love the way you embellished them in this piece 🥺 Also i personally don't mind timelapses like this? especially considering you do every now and then include some kind of real-time or full process real-time recordings. If it's easier for you then go for it! 😊The timelapse speed doesn't feel jarringly sped up or anything so it's very digestible and nice imo

this kind of liquid watercolor reactivate after dry?
Not really! I would say its like 95% permanent! I have used it for linework before but a very very small amount of the pigment does budge a bit after drying! Not super noticeable though!

I prefer the time lapse format. Like you said watercolor is pretty slow including the drying.
