I think this is the most emotional vlog that I've ever created since I started making RUclips videos. Mmm I was feeling down since 2023 started and my emotions are all over the place. Sometimes I am feeling okay, and sometimes I feel nothing. It's not easy, but I'll get through this.
I am sharing this part of me to you, to let you know that everything will be alright in time. It may be hard right now, but soon it will be fine. I have never heard of "relapse" before. I don't even know what's the meaning of that word. Until I experienced it. It's exhausting. When I want to recover, but I can't stop myself to feel the feeling of pain again. It's not easy to heal yourself. Relapse is inevitable. It is part of the healing process. Hang on there, luvies. Life will be better for us. Take care of your health and heart.
