That Martelli rotating cutting mat is on my wish list. I have found that I LOVE the Quilter’s Select rulers so much more than the Creative Grid rulers. Quilter’s Select is also at the Fat Quarter shop. Check them out. I am also liking the quilter’s clappers. Might I suggest that you become an affiliate seller. That way you could post links to things and if we purchase you get a little commission and that could start to try and support your channel and helps us find the products you mention.
I LOVE my rotating mat! Someone in the comments also recommended the Olfa one. I hope you get one soon! You are so kind to suggest becoming an affiliate seller. I will have to look into that! In the meantime, I just love sharing supplies and talking about quilting!
👋👋. 2 items that I had different from yours is the thimble. Mine is made of silicone but it has a metal tip and I love it. For my thread cutter when chain sewing, I have the kind that you use an old rotary blade. Mine looks like a flower. I know Fat Quarter carries them. By the way your quilt is beautiful. ❤
So funny how different notions work or don’t work for people. Olfa ergonomic is my absolute favorite rotary cutter. I wanted to love the pink splash but it wasn’t meant to be. Favorite rotating mat is also by Olfa. My seam roller is the Lori Holt one, just because it’s cute. And everything else is pretty much the same. Will have to try out the wrapping paper cutter. Right now I just use my snips. And the thimble pads are also on my list to try.
I love lots of clover products also. Since jumping into EPP I have purchased a couple of Clover needle domes and fill them up with my most often used thread colors. It extends my actual sewing time b/c I don’t have to don’t to stop to change colors.
I have all of those items except rather than the paper cutter I have the one that looks like a snowflake and I can use an old rotary blade in it. I also use a wool mat for my mini iron. When I'm working on small blocks these have been essential for me
Gingher--the initial "g" is hard, like in "gift." Pronounce "Gingher" as you would "finger" except the initial letter is a hard "g" rather than an "f."

Interesting about the thimble!! I will have to check it out. Thank you so much for sharing and for your kind words!

You are so right in that we all have our preferences! Thank you so much for sharing your favorites ☺️

That's a great idea! I'll have to try that out. I could see that also working well for cross stitch!

I love my wool mat too!! Another great addition to this list ☺️
I love my ginger scissors! Have had for years and will be passed down to my grandchildren
It’s wonderful to hear they have longevity too! Would love to be able to pass mine down one day 💕

Thank you!
I have to disagree about the Cliver seam ripper. It is bendy, so hard to get it to rip straight.
Oh no, I’m sorry to hear that has been your experience! Maybe you got a dud? Which one do you like instead?
