This cover features the tracks This is Me, Never Enough, and Rewrite the Stars. Special thanks to the incredibly talented Tanner James (who I first met on S6 of The Voice btw). Every song that Benj Pasek and Justin Paul write is just absolutely genius!
I love how for the first part of the Chorus Madilyn was doing the secondary voice and James was in the first voice and out of a sudden they switched, great thought put into action. Also nicely done how James sang the beginning of Rewrite the stars off-beat, that was experimental but I liked it. To top everything I think a proper Medley not only plays one song after another but includes an awesome collage of different songs into the same chords, really really enjoyed the mixture in 3:03.
