I 100% relate to needing to offload tasks. I've been blogging since 2011 + RUclips since 2016 and I've only _just_ started outsourcing a few things. It was hard to let those things go-to relinquish control-but now that I've done it, I'm constantly trying to figure out what else I can offload. I've been able to spend more time doing the things that only I can do (and the things I love to do!), and that has been such a gift to myself. I just wish I'd done it sooner 🙈 Good luck finding an editor you love-it is SO worth it!

Boo and ugh and sigh. Maybe expand your worldview for a sec and have a read about the prevalence of medical gaslighting and the vast swathes of people failed by mainstream medicine and pharmaceuticals. I guess you're one of the lucky ones that hasn't come up against its huge limitations or one of the many 'unrecognised' (read: under researched and underfunded) conditions people are fobbed off about every day by our much revered GPs. Please move with the times or if you don't know like don't spread misinformation? Stuff like Ayurveda goes back a bit longer than western medicine but I guess if you only trust MDs: I was recommended adaptogens by a leading specialist and have been taking them now for coming up to 10 years now. They changed my life 👍
