- As part of my whistle journey I wanted to play this amazing piece called Ashokan Farewell as this is one of my wife's father favorite pieces. It's a touching and Airy piece who can easly bring tears to anyones eyes and touch our soul. I covered it on a Dixon DX005 whistle and had lots of fun doing so
Let me know in the comments what should I play next ✍🏻

Lovely! I just ordered this whistle tonight (6.23.2022). After hearing you play, I can't wait to receive it. Thank you for sharing!
This is indeed a great whistle! Let me know how it went :)
All went well. I rec'd my whistle from Dublin. Lovely whistle. I'm playing simple pieces; hoping to join Irish sessions eventually.
Beautiful!
Thank you, really appreciate the support
Real pro!!! 👏👏👏👏👏
❤️❤️
That is lovely! I play it as well, on a couple of whistles. Tony D alloy, and Eb, and also on a brass C. A perfect piece of music, though my versions a bit different from yours, starts on middle A, key of D. I found that allowed me to get a reasonable balance between notes that can't be played on the whistle, ie octave below that. Fiddled around with it to get my final results. Sounds perfect on so many instruments, play it on the concert flute, whistles, crystal flute, and clarinet.
Wow now I’m curious to hear you playing it!
Thank you for the kind words 🙌🏻
Very nice!
Thank you 🙏🏻 really appreciate it
