Yes it does, you want to release an eye level toss with a straight/relaxed arm so the toss is in the same place every time. This makes the serve more consistent and can help with speed. Because of the way that the ball is tossed, it prevents the ball from rotating quickly. Your toss shouldn’t spin in the air that much as it can decrease the power and other things of your serve. 🫶🏼
