No longer does staying inside keep one safe from catching an illness. Through my screen Pablo spreads his contagiousness. And I'm happy to be catching this collecting disease!!
absolutely stunning! 1000 years old and look at that sheen!!!
Yes, but the fact that it's 1000 years old and is still a sword, not an unidentifiable metal scrap shard is pretty amazing. No need to be a buzzkill dude.
Its a magnificent old blade and it indicating it long life only adds to its beauty!
Your videos are really amazing. Thank you for sharing!
Nice video I like watching videos about Samurai armor samurai swords in the history of the Samurai my name is Zane I am 20 years old I don't have any real samurai sword yet
This one amazing !
the best job in the world. I am so jealous , to be able to hold such a historic piece of Japan's history is amazing . how much would that sword go for? maybe $100,000
Nah. Something like this would probably be about 15k-20k usd. Condition on this one is soso. The tip (kissaki) is soso.
Interesting. Could you tell me though why Japanese swords this old are still in such good condition in terms of the steel itself? I mean the polish is like a mirror. European swords this old are all rusted and brittle. @@thegamehaa
@@genustinca5565 Steel and metal are the same. It's due to preservation techniques, culture, generations caring about the past. Not related to the steel itself but how it is preserved over time.
If that sword could talk id love to own it
What the length
Was the tachi used by the higher ranking samurai?
It was used by all samurai during war
