Hi Frank! After the concrete panels are lifted and braced down, but before the structural steel is installed, it might look a little flimsy from a distance. Rest assured, the braces holding the panels in place are more than strong enough to keep them upright until the structural steel is installed. They can withstand heavy winds in this state, not to mention, the panels themselves are reinforced with rebar too!
