    Interesting. Used to work for Argo in 2015. Their parent company Ontario Drive & Gear would've done those input shafts. 1st class facility.

    My favorite part is the heavy breathing. Awesome video and fix. Thanks! Love watching this type of work with good explanation. Also. The multiple takes at the end was great affirmation that you hope we learned something.

    I love your content mate. I first came across your turbo manifold build and the amazing detail you put into the product and packaging!. The small things make such a difference. RUclips suggested this video which I absolutely love watching lathe work. The outtakes at the end had me laughing out loud because I do the exact same thing on my channel… I just wing it and get it wrong over and over until I get it right. Feels way more organic rather than writing it down and reading it out. I’ll be sure to keep watching all your future videos 😊

    In general it's a better job to weld up the shaft, and turn it down. the work is about the same as this way.

    Of you don't mind me asking, what grade of steel did you use for the sleeve?

    • @gleaseman
      @gleaseman  4 месяца назад +1

      Not at all, it's just regular cold rolled steel
